I’ve tried Jersey Mike’s in many places, but this one has such great staff! They welcome you immediately and recommend things if you’re new. They’re extremely friendly and I will definitely be visiting again. The food is also incredible, but I haven’t been to a branch that didn’t offer quality food.

The customer service was terrible I went in and ordered a sub, this is my first time coming here and I told the dude nice that I don’t eat white American cheese and he made a big problem with me asking if he could take out the cheese and add a different one but in stead a customer that was seating with his friend said I’ll just buy that one and make him a new one and he yelled at me and told the man he can have it for free but just before he said that was money coming out of his pocket I’m disappointed with this place and that haven’t even been here long enough for anyone to not like , the staff needs to be talked to and new policies need to be in placed, the man said his name is Mr. Gonzalez he is the store manager and he is still acting disrespectful. Terrible first time and I will not be going back to it anytime soon

First time ever trying Jersey Mike’s…this store has super friendly employees…I see they know their customers by name…very courteous…love the way they make the sandwiches…a little pricey…but what can you expect for a healthy sandwich and the way prices are sky rocketed on everything… I’ll pick quality over quantity any day… I’ll definitely be visiting again…

Beware… the music is so loud in there! I ordered off the menu standing there and it was 2 normal sized club and italian and one giant supreme italian.. they made 2 giant italians instead.. didnt know until they were done because they were also making mobil orders at the same time.. I was too annoyed to fix it and am not a real Karen…. plus my family was waiting for food so we made due. The sandwiches were good and there was enough for them so that is good too. I just wish they wouldn’t blare the nonsense music. Lol
