Nicholas is the flagship of this visit as I write this review… I always appreciate the craft of an honorable hard work ethic behind the cook.
I’ve been coming to this Pincho for years upon years! The excellence & all the rewards well merited which mirror the history of the Factory this place is shows how far it’s gone.
To be brutally honest with you it’s a shame how slept upon Pincho Factory has been amongst so many in the city of Miami.
I just don’t get it, it makes no sense to me whatsoever!!!
The quality of the food here exceeds the position which stands proudly against its competitors and this is why I write this review with love & joy because it deserves all the love poured into it!

I really love this place and wanted to leave 5 stars, but $14 for mostly rice, lettuce, and tomato with just five small pieces of chicken feels light—honestly, it feels like a slap in the face. It’s making me think twice about ordering next time, and I’ve already started coming less because of it. I know you’re doing an amazing job growing this spot, and the flavors are always on point . I see the effort you’ve put in for years, but the portions need to match the price if you want me to keep coming back without feeling shorted. I’m a customer who wants to keep supporting you, but if not, that’s fine—I’ll go elsewhere. Hey, what do I know, I just eat here from time to time .

Placed two pickup orders, one burger was completely missing (thankfully I checked before leaving). The other order was inedible: one bun was soaking wet, the other hard and stale, and the fries were old and stale too. On top of that, staff were handling food without gloves and placing sauce ramekins directly inside the food bowls, which is extremely unsanitary. Total waste of money. Would not recommend

Yes, pictures here this is what I supposed to be getting and this is what I got I think your burgers are amazing and I want to try something else from this location. It was completely a disappointment not just the quantity of the food the price of the food and the presentation was horrible.

Gabriel provided excellent service! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The food was delicious, and he made our visit a great experience. Highly recommended

I’m really disappointed with how much the quality has declined here. This used to be my go-to lunch spot, and I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. Over time, I’ve noticed both the quality and the portion sizes steadily go downhill, while the prices continue to rise.
Take a look at this vaca frita bowl I received (photo attached) — it barely had a tablespoon and a half of meat and just one maduro. It was a thin layer of meat and was lacking flavor. The bowl itself was half empty, mostly filled with rice to make up for the lack of other ingredients. For the price, it just doesn’t make sense anymore.
Unfortunately, you’ve lost a weekly customer. I work in the area and used to come in for lunch all the time, but I can’t justify it now. Really disappointing to see this change.

This place is not like it used to be. Its honestly disgusting. We keep coming because my son likes the guava sauce but today it’s just ketchup more bitter no sweet at all. It has no quality at all. I don’t know if they change owners or what but this place is BAD. We been dining here for years and it’s nothing like it.
