Pincho absolutely nailed it! I had the Havana Smashburger with Vaca Frita and it was unreal — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with bold Cuban flavors. The crispy edges on the smash patty combined with the tender vaca frita made every bite amazing. Arielle ordered the Holy Aïoli Bowl and it was just as impressive — fresh, flavorful, and loaded with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The food came out fast, everything was hot and fresh, and the vibe was on point. Easily one of the best spots around for comfort food with a twist. We’ll definitely be back!

My fiancée and I just left Pincho Factory, and the experience was 100/10! I ordered the chicken pincho bowl, which was a fantastic recommendation from the cashier. The sweet potatoes were absolutely delicious, and every bite was full of flavor.

The customer service was amazing — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, and perfect for enjoying a great meal. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality food and top-tier service!

Let me start by saying this clearly: the food at Pinche in Pembroke Pines is GREAT. Flavorful, fresh, well-seasoned — no complaints there. The drinks were on point, and the service from the waitresses was warm, attentive, and professional. Every woman on staff that I interacted with was kind and welcoming. So this review is not about the food or the overall service.

This is specifically about one older male staff member.

To my melanated folks — especially Afro-Latinos and Black customers — I just want to share my experience so you’re aware.

The moment I walked in, this older Hispanic gentleman was already staring at me in a way that felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It wasn’t neutral. It wasn’t curious. It felt begrudging, like I didn’t belong there. I brushed it off because, as a Black man in America, unfortunately I’m used to navigating microaggressions.

But then I noticed something.

As other guests came in after me — particularly non-Black guests — he went out of his way to warmly greet them, smile, and engage in conversation. He made it a point to acknowledge them in a way he never did with me. No greeting. No welcome. No eye contact of the friendly kind.

That contrast is what made it stand out.

Again, every other staff member was great. The women working there were professional and hospitable. The food was excellent. But that initial interaction set a tone that didn’t sit right with me.

What threw me off the most is that this wasn’t coming from a white staff member — it was another person of color. And that’s disappointing. We all know what exclusion and stereotypes feel like. Extending that same energy to someone else is never a good look.

I’m not saying don’t go. The food is worth trying. I’m not saying the whole establishment is problematic — it isn’t. But I am saying that if you’re a Black or Afro-Latino customer, just be aware that this particular staff member may not give you the same warmth he gives others.

Hopefully management sees this and addresses it, because the restaurant itself deserves better representation than that kind of energy at the door.

Food: 9/10
Service (overall): 8/10
Hospitality from that one individual: Needs serious improvement.

Chill design and layout for a restaurant; caught my attention. The food was super good in my opinion and not heavy on seasoning which can at times cause an overload of sodium in one’s system and that ain’t it so; 10/10 simply for that! I will definitely be back to try more of the items on their menu, but for example the Chicken Kebab meal? OMGGG delicious.

This place is the best burger in not just South Florida but I’ve yet to find anything better. Fresh meat amazing options. Top notch service and price doesn’t kill you. I’ve had the whole menu but come monthly for the Burger of the month. Must try if you love amazing burgers and so much more.

I’ve been a fan of Pincho (Factory) since the early days. I was tempted to order a steak bowl, but I was told that chicken is the most popular protein. Total wait time was less than ten minutes and a friendly employee brought the food to my table.

The food was good and I liked how the sweet and savory flavors of the Latin bowl meshed.

The only negative is that I didn’t have room for sweet potato tots.

This location does not know how to make a smash burger, I’ve had this burger plenty of times in Miami and it was fire, however today at this location the patties clearly weren’t smashed and they were dry

Pincho never disappoints with their bowls—always on point, fresh, and super flavorful. Recently, I decided to switch things up and tried the Kraby Patty meal. It was fun to try, but honestly, the bun was a bit of a letdown (kinda stale). The “kelp” seasoning on the fries? No clue what it was, but it tasted pretty good. Overall, I’ll probably stick with their regular Pincho menu from now on, but it was worth experimenting. The bowls still win every time for me!
