PINCHO FACTORY IN HIALEAH THE BEST OF THE BEST FOR BURGERS!!!!! From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely outstanding. The young servers were incredibly attentive, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do — they made us feel valued and well taken care of the entire time.
The food? Simply fantastic. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and every bite was delicious. You can taste the freshness and the care put into each dish.
Great service, incredible taste, fresh food, and a vibrant atmosphere — this location truly delivers on all levels. Highly recommended if you’re in Hialeah and looking for a place that combines excellent customer service with amazing food. I will definitely be coming back!

I have always enjoyed the food from this restaurant I truly have nothing negative to say about the quality or taste. However, this is now the fourth time I’ve placed an order through DoorDash and received the wrong order.
I understand this also involves the delivery driver and the platform, but the restaurant needs to double-check orders, especially when names and orders are similar. This is the fourth time I’ve received an order meant for another “Isabella.”
I have contacted the delivery driver, spoken with the delivery platform, and now I’m addressing the restaurant because this should not keep happening. You lose money, you stay hungry, and often the food you receive isn’t something you eat.
