Went for breakfast and was seated the same time as another party in front of the kitchen which wasnt the problem . The problem was from the time we sat and ordered ( kids waffle, kids confetti pancake , breakfast burrito and the spicy eggs benedict) it took 45 minutes for our food . Which doesnt include the 20 minutes it took for our drinks . There were maybe 5 other tables. I would say short staffed but it seemed everyone else was getting waited on . And there were a ton of waiters. We were patient because I figured the eggs Benedict would take a minute . We ordered a pepsi , hot chocolate milk and a coffee ( which our waiter forgot ) so my hubby reordered it very nicely . And our waiter said “oh ya you did order that”. And then brought it out shortly after. After 30 minutes our waiter came out and said our food was almost done but it took another 15 minutes . It clearly just sat there for a while because the cheese under the light was melted but everything that was underneath the egg was hard and not easy to eat. My hubbys burrito was the same way . He only took a few bites. The weirdest part was my bonus son was getting antsy * as any 2 year old would after waiting while for food * he starts eating and is chill and the waitress said ” oh was someone just hangry?” Well ya? Ha ha . It was weird. The waiters kept coming in out of the kitchen over and over.. with out anything ..and going outside on their phones ( which i get things happen ) but it just seemed we were in their house and in their way .
Three people came in and ordered to go and all their food was taken out and they apologized profusely for it taking so long .
Long story short , if youre in a hurry dont go here.

Went for basic breakfast food late at night. One server. One cook. Phenomenal service. Waitress was very attentive. They were slammed with online orders and she still kept our drinks filled and made sure we didn’t need anything. Poor lady! And the cook! They were killing it.

I expected for a sunday brunch to be alil busier than usual as we entered. The front staff were polite and funny as the figured out where to seat my wife and I.
Kelneyshia seemed on top of task at first only having only 4 tables. Took our drink order of coffee and sweet then came back with just sweet tea, stating that fresh coffee was brewing……from that moment forward service was not the best as I had to ask a different wait staff for something to drink.

I would avoid this restaurant at all cost. Wait times are 45 minutes to an hour at best after you order your food. Tons of staff members doing everything besides helping or cleaning the restaurant. If I was the owner I would get rid of everyone and start completely over with all new staff.

The veghead in me was disappointed when I ordered my favorite Egg White Veggie Omelette (mmmmm, so good), got halfway through it, and found a piece of bacon in it.
It was obviously from sloppy kitchen work. Grab a handful of bacon for this person’s omelette and don’t care that some of it fell into the bin of onions that are used for anyone else’s omelette. Not only that, but the guy making mine didn’t take the time to notice he’d grabbed bacon along with the onions he threw into my omelette…. Or worse, he didn’t care. Cross-contamination like that can cause severe illness in someone who’s allergic, or even cause death. Kitchens MUST be careful with dropping foods into other food containers and then serving that offending food to customers; especially meats, onions, etc, that people can have reactions to. It’s not like they were super busy when we were there.
The good news is that when I brought it to the attention of my waiter, he apologized and removed the entire meal from our bill, even though I’d already eaten almost half of it.
On another note, this wasn’t the fault of the business, but it does land squarely under atmosphere, or whether a person might return to a place of business… We were sitting in a booth directly behind another group of people. The booths were tall, so we couldn’t see them, but they weren’t bolted to the floor. The person behind me kept jiggling around in their seat which made the entire booth wiggle. It was extremely annoying. I ended up moving to the other side to sit next to my husband.

Service was horrible. Food was cold and not even made correctly. The pictures are supposed to be omelets. Made a review on website, got a call and was told sorry we will talk to them. And we paid for our bill when we didn’t even eat the food.

We showed up with a large crowd. They had only 2 waitresses. Immediately after we arrived, 2 softball teams arrived. 10 AM. 30 unexpected guests. They handled it so well! I have nothing but respect for their workers and cooks!

First off, we arrived to another party waiting to be seated. They said, they had been waiting for quite some time. I had to knock on the kitchen door only to be told they were cooking and couldn’t “all” leave the kitchen at the same time. They grudgingly sat my daughter and I, not offering drinks or anything. We sat down for about 2 minutes and someone came from the back to sit in the dining area next to us eating her own food.

The waiter didn’t take their time taking our order, was rushing through and brought us “coffee” water, to make our own hot chocolate, which was cold by the way and as I was trying to explain that the water was cold, they just left me talking by myself and after they brought us the food, the broccoli seemed to have mold and it smelled really bad.. soon after we spoke with the cook and he implied it was because it was in the freezer and if we wanted more. Terrible experience.

Husband and I went here this morning 10/4/2025 at 8:45am. We ordered our coffee I requested cream. Got our coffee and creamer and silverware to stir the creamer. Ordered our food and while waiting went to the ladies room. No toilet paper and told the waitress took them over 30 minutes to get toilet paper after my husband said something to the manager. Food was cold when it came out. The waitress added a 20% tip to our bill. What ever made her decide to add the tip to our bill is beyond me. I should choose what dollar amount of tip you get and if we wanted it added to our card. I prefer to tip cash so that you have the choice of claiming your tip. This place is horrible. I will never be back there. Over $50 dollars for breakfast for two people is ridiculous. I would rather have Waffle House. At least the service is better and the food is hot.
