Stopped by Pinchers in Lakewood Ranch and everything hit the spot. The grilled fish sandwich was fresh and perfectly seasoned, the salmon came out juicy with a nice char, and the sides — green beans, fries, and slaw — were simple but tasty. Even the little fried bites for the table were fun to snack on. Casual, laid-back, and exactly what you want from a local seafood joint.

We had Sunday lunch at Pinchers, a seafood restaurant chain known for its fun decor and lively atmosphere, as well as a fresh seafood counter. The location is excellent, right on Lakewood Ranch Main Street.
Overall, the food was good, but a couple of our dishes were a bit bland. The fish and chips and the calamari lacked flavor, while the sides, such as the mashed potatoes and green beans, were quite tasty. Everyone enjoyed the king crab legs, and my chopped salad was good too.
They offer an extensive menu and a happy hour that features very good deals.
The service was impressive; not only did our server check on us regularly, but the manager also stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking. Overall, it was an okay lunch. I would be interested in trying other dishes in the future.

The food is meh, at best. The service is pretty good, actually. The drinks are excellent. But if you’re from Maryland, don’t go there to get crabs. Or, if you just like seafood, don’t go there to get seafood. Which is unfortunate, given that it’s a crab house.

My husband and I went here and just loved the place! So much of a relaxed setting and down home feeling. The service was wonderful very friendly and on top of things, thank you Samantha. The food was excellent had oysters and were done to perfection. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends!! Will be visiting again.

This is a fine restaurant with a Florida charm, decent service, and good food. We ordered the grouper bites and chicken wings for appetizers. I enjoyed both, but I definitely preferred the wings. For my main course, I had the famous fish and chips. It also was good. My wife ordered the blackened chicken pasta, my daughter had the grouper tacos, and my granddaughter had spaghetti. Everyone reported that they enjoyed their meal. For dessert, we had the deep-fried key lime pie and the chocolate tower cake. The key lime was just ok, but the cake was enormous and delicious. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. It was a pleasant experience.

The food is DISGUSTING. We’ve been coming here for years, and the quality of service and food has steadily declined.
Our crab cake dinner consisted of a paper thin crab cake with no crab.
My blackened shrimp dinner consisted of tiny shriveled black charcoal pieces.
The kids menu was literally French fries with empty crab legs.
The crab leg dinner…only 2 pieces had meat in them.
We got our drinks AFTER dinner. The cosmopolitan was a light pink slushy that tasted like diluted pink lemonade. The premium margarita was a odd concoction of crushed ice, water and lime. Literally no taste to it.
Now I know why there is never a wait time here.

Wonderful dining experience. I personally had the snapper blackened, fries and coleslaw. We shared the Gatorbites. Super delicious. My brother inlaw jad the crab cakes and sister in law had the grouper. Everything was delicious.

I went for lunch on Valentine’s Day and my server was Claire and she was absolute breath of fresh air. She was the sweetest and funniest girl ever! She was constantly checking on us and made sure we were more than comfortable. I will definitely come back and request her as my server
