This restaurant is a delight. From the sweet and caring service to the delicious, fresh and authentic food it hits all the marks. I saw this establishments high rating while searching for a place to grab lunch near my parents house and it totally deserves it. My toddler and my father joined us in our first visit. The cashier was incredibly helpful and when my son ordered a plain quesadilla despite me encouraging him to try the chicken she included two pieces just to let him enjoy a “try it” bite. She explained this is a family owned establishment with their own recipes. I ordered a smothered chicken burrito and it was scrumptious. Their chicken is seasoned wonderfully and they have perfectly cooked rice. I devoured every bite. My dad got the tacos and they make their own shells fresh. The tacos were a delicious bite as well and everything meshed perfectly inside. I want to come back and try their other meats! Everything just felt right. Try this for yourself- it’s a Mexican food lovers dream come true.

The shells on the sopes are wide, crisp, and fresh. The fillings are nicely layered with plenty of chicken. Served with a smoky medium tomato salsa and a fresh mild salsa verde. The grilled pepper on the side rounds out the meal.
I have gotten a burrito before as well, also excellent. Tortillas are 50 cents and they offer quarter, half, and whole chicken meals that include grilled veggies. This place is a real treat that doesn’t break the bank.

I had high hopes walking into Pinche Pollo—the vibe was amazing, with a lively, welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone. The service was also on point: friendly, fast, and attentive.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the setting. I ordered the grilled chicken and cheese fries, but was disappointed to find the chicken portion surprisingly small—almost nonexistent, really. The cheese fries also had a ton of flavor. Just the portion of chicken was lacking.
After spending over $20, including a drink, I left feeling more frustrated than full. Pinche Pollo has a great environment and solid service, but the portion of chicken needs to step up to match the price tag and experience. This was a take out order .

This place is so delicious and sets a new standard that leaves the competition far behind. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind.

Will be returning! So much flavor everything I ordered was delicious! I spent $57 includes tip for a whole chicken which came with rice, beans and fresh tortillas, and ordered 4 tacos (2 beef 2 chicken). Also had to try the berry lemonade and guacamole and chips I recommend you try if you love food with flavor.

This is a very clean place. The food is awesome and delicious. The tortillas are what definitely make the chicken 100% good. The salsas, onions, and chiles toreados and a great add. Customer service is great and the girl up front is very nice and attentive. The horchata is yummy and they have a mango con tajin drink? That also sounds delicious, we will be giving it a try next time! Great customer service and yummy food, we will definitely be back.

This place is fantastic. Got the smothered barbacoa burrito and the carne asada fries. Portions were all very massive, enough to have leftovers. Everything was super flavorful and meat was all cooked to perfection. This spot is definitely going to be a new local staple for us!
