The food was mediocre at best. The meatballs have good flavor but the Protein Ball is just a sad salad. The sauce and crust are gross and the pepperoni and sausage had a weird taste. For $20 on the 2 items I expected a little more. Not to mention i waited over 20 mins for the 2 items. Save your money go somewhere else.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. The staff member—who seemed to be an employee at both Smashburger and Pin-Up Pizza—was nasty, started an argument, and kept talking back when I simply tried to order. We waited in line for over 20 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, he was snippy. I told him I didn’t like how he was speaking to me, and that’s when he completely went off. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. The whole experience was unacceptable.

If you were hungry and staying at the casino, please walk on by this place because the pieces or at least or taste in look an hour old.. I’d rather go to a gas station and get pizza. It is a lot better.. Employee walking out in the hallway. Touching stuff with her gloves on talking to other workers. We were given 7 packets of pepper and one packet of parmesan cheese and had to ask for silverware, and he gave us 1 pack of that and there was 2 of us, so we had to ask for another pack.. Very hard, tough, and chewy crust. You can tell it’s been in the warmer for a good while. Pizzas are definitely not fresh.. Half of the pizza had no sauce..

Frozen no taste pizza do not waste your money here. They do not have the yummy slices anymore. Thin crust ok cheese. In n out is just down the street and cheaper. It’s cracker crust. Sauce is like cheap Ragu , at least smash burger is next door. Website is how pizza use to be by the slice. False advertising let’s do a class action and get our money back.

Worst pizza I’ve had so far. We ordered 2 and they were both burned and barely had any cheese…. We asked if we could add bell peppers to one pizza and they said no because there pizzas are already made…lol Only plus is that it’s fast and conveniently located near the elevators. Won’t be going here again.

Pizza’s came out burned on the edges making the entire slice taste burned, we should’ve sent them back but we were so hungry, we just ate them. By now we know better

Let me first say that this WAS my favorite pizza in Laughlin and I made it a point to eat there even though we dont stay at Harrahs (rooms never get cool). This last time we went which was a couple weeks ago their entire menu had changed. I used to get a pizza that was perfect to split for 2 people and it was under 15 bucks. They no longer offer that. Their only option now for a whole pizza is 26 dollars and it doesn’t taste the same as it used to AT ALL. The dough is no good the cheese doesn’t taste the samel. What a disappointment. So, that will be the last visit for me. The next best pizza in Laughlin for a decent price is at the bowling alley at the Riverview.

I ordered a Caesar salad,and literally got romaine lettuce dumped into a container. No Caesar dressing, cheese or croutons…but I got Italian and Ranch in the bag!!! I also ordered cheesy garlic knots,and got a garlic/oil pizza. This place is a joke. $31 for nothing that I actually ordered!!! I’m disputing the charge.
