We’ve been going to Pin Kaow since 2015. It’s our go to Thai place. We like the food, consistent, never had a poor experience.

Good atmosphere with nice decor.

Service overall is good. It would nice if the staff were a little more friendly, never had a bad experience, I just think it would be nice to experience a friendlier greeting.

Our go to food options
Either Papaya or Mango salad
Tom Yum soup
Pad Thai noodles
And one of the curry dishes.

We tend to go for 5/10 spice level, which suites our palate.

The Thai ice is good, but there have been days it’s been on the sweeter side.

Love their mango sticky rice, especially when the mango is at the perfect level of sweetness and firmness.

Overall, reasonably priced.

Unacceptable to find a plastic wrap in the curry. The worst part is that the restaurant did not take any responsibility at all. I will advise anyone to not come to this restaurant at all.

Went for their lunch special on a weekday. Lunch special is from 11am – 3pm and include a lunch platter (soup, salad, spring rolls, and entree)

Delicious, flavorful food. Reasonable price. Great service. Their spice level is good which you can request to adjust as per your preference. Highly recommend it!

Great service from calling in our food to picking it up! This was more than enough dishes for 4 people. Everything was tasty and flavorful. Loved how creamy the inside of the Crab Rangoon was. The Fish Cake had more spices and flavor than how they make it in Hawaii. It was different, but good! Definitely would come back to try other dishes.

We love this place. We found it coming to Henderson on Google. Very authentic tasty Thai food. The atmosphere and the location looks like if you went to Thailand, super beautiful. The only reason why I give it a three star is because we had my brother-in-law‘s birthday. We were there while they sang happy birthday to somebody else for us. They only brought the cake with candle and just said happy birthday. We asked for lime they never brought them. We asked for chili sauce. They never brought it, and they also gave us two bills for the same table.
I would come back but I did feel discriminated. I hope this review help them treat all clients with the same etiquette and treatment.

Nestled in the Henderson area of Las Vegas, Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant offers a delightful escape into the vibrant world of Thai cuisine.
The restaurant’s ambiance is inviting, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.

Starting with the appetizers, the crispy taro was our FAV, offering a satisfying crunch and a unique flavor. What’s special is that it’s not commonly found in other Thai restaurants, making it a standout dish.

The Som Tom (papaya salad) bursts with freshness, balancing sweet, sour, and spicy notes perfectly. For soup lovers, the Seafood Tom Yum is a standout, rich with a variety of seafood and aromatic herbs.

Among the main courses, the Salmon Pad Thai is a creative twist on a classic, featuring succulent salmon paired with perfectly cooked noodles. The Pumpkin Curry is a comforting and flavorful option, with a creamy texture and a hint of sweetness.

We also ordered the Thai Sukiyaki, a savory and hearty dish, served in a flavorful homemade soup with glass noodles, chicken, shrimp, squid, egg, and an array of fresh vegetables.

Another fav of ours was the lemongrass milkfish dish: topped with dried shrimp, lemongrass, peanuts, shallots, and cilantro.

To end on a sweet note, the Honey Toast and fried bananas are both excellent choices. The Honey Toast was warm and comforting, while the fried bananas offer a delightful crispy end to our delicious meal.

I was a regular customer here for years and just recently moved back to Vegas so I hadn’t been for a while and was excited to try it again.
The first thing that impressed me was the unfriendliness from the majority of staff we interacted with beginning with the person who sat us. She wasn’t exactly rude, just indifferent, didn’t make eye contact and our server seemed reluctant to serve us.

The food quality is good but not great. The Tom Ka Kai was thin and flavorless, and I’ve never known Drunken Noodles to be served on a bed of lettuce, which became a soggy mess pretty immediately.

There is a QR Code permanently attached to our table, and when things on the bill didn’t seem quite right to me, I pulled it up on my phone. Indeed, there was a $5 price differential on one dish, and a dollar differential on another, which was explained away that the QR codes were inaccurate, which doesn’t explain why they don’t just either disable them or remove them. It was casually tossed aside by the host, and we paid the higher prices. This affected the server’s tip.

Being in the service industry in Las Vegas for 22 years, I tip on service, not percentage, which generally works out in great favor of the server. If we hadn’t been treated with such indifference it would have been the same.

And I’ve never seen a dining room being mopped during dinner service before.

I won’t be back.

Wow. Looks can be deceiving.. Didn’t look like much outside. Once we were inside, it was amazing from start to finish. Total zen ambience, service was immediate and we had drinks and menus straight away. The chicken satay was scrumptious, albeit they need to serve it with more peanut sauce. We tried the calamari, it was soft and crunchy. Incredibly good. The egg rolls were served at just the right temperature, and were yummy. I didn’t try the tom yum soup, but was told it was pleasing. My dish was the penang curry, served with my choice of chicken and a side of rice. It was sensational! The curry was bursting with flavors, the carrots were soft, and the green beans tied it all together perfectly. Very satisfying menu and I love the atmosphere. Definitely will be back to try more dishes. Love it.

My family stopped going there a while ago because of a rude person.
We made reservations for “a table for four.”
My mom was 95 years old and she needed her walker near her for oxygen and supplies.
The server / attended was put off by us frequently eating there at a bigger table.

We loved the food a lot but we don’t miss it because we found a terrific Thai restaurant on Horizon Ridge.

This is one of our favorite places! Probably the best Thai food in town. So many great options, good service, and even though it was busy they were fast bringing the food out. We got the beef jerky for an appetizer, tofu drunken noodles and the vegetable green curry for dinner, and had to have the mango sticky rice for dessert. So good!
