I have been to the Pilot House Restaurant several times and it has always been a wonderful experience! The views are lovely, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is great and the meals are delicious. A nice place to go for a meal with a view!

We boated in for lunch in great weather, picked up by the friendly young man working the docks. Lunch outside was fine with haddock sandwiches and salmon fillets around the table. My daughter was married at Sebasco 4 years ago and we love going back to visit. The Gifford’s ice cream is a nice inducement!

Small portions and high prices for average food. I havent been for several years, no reason to go back. We ordered 5 pieces of blueberry pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it was $60.

Resort has spectacular ocean views, its own golf course and two on premious restaurants. The Ledges a casual spot with outside seating with views that will
wow you. The Pilot House, upstairs is a serious eating experience with a new chef
and a totally new inventive menu. Pilot House is probably the best restaurant
outside of Portland a real must try.

Gorgeous views and excellent service! We ate there 3 times: once for dinner and twice for breakfast. We had a very well-priced dinner consisting of a roasted Brussels sprout salad (scrumptious and tossed with a light dressing), baked haddock (decent but frankly lacking in flavor), and a chocolate torte (solidly good but nothing to write home about).

The buffet is good, especially for the price. It has a good omlette station, a big rotating selection of typical hot breakfast items (eggs, sausage and bacon, French toast, gravy, etc.), some pastries that might be decent if perked up with a blitz in an oven, and a granola/oatmeal station. Can’t complain at all, but it would really be a home run if it had anything punchy, local or different.

The decor is spare, focused on the giant windows and incredible view! The table cloths are weird – paper over fabric so any tiny spills or slight shifts muss up everything and can knock over glasses, etc.

Bartenders were nice, but very flustered when I was there. Micro burst too out the power and they all wanted to go home. Facility seemed nice. Was surprised with a captive audience they wanted to leave.

First did not realize breakfast was a buffet. Should have left as soon as we figured that out. Unfortunately we stayed and ate. Not sure but I think the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs, bacon was drenched in grease and Jimmy Dean has better sausage. Not the Father’s Day breakfast I was hoping for.
