Second cake I bought from this location and barely any filling of the crunchies. Now it’s more chocolate than vanilla. These cakes aren’t cheap, so I don’t understand why it’s like this

Very sorry to have to do this, but I was so so so so so so disappointed with what I received today. I asked for a small hot fudge sundae with wet walnuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. They squashed it so badly into that small container, could have at least used a bigger cup, and given me less product when I asked for a small. It came to $7.74 and I left a $1 tip without seeing what I was receiving. I was confident that for that amount of money, I would have gotten something a lot more appealing. This looks like something that’s already been eaten and spit out again. Sorry, but I will not be returning to this location. I will make my trek into West Hempstead next time.

Carvel ice cream is Carvel ice cream. The ice cream is pretty consistent.No matter which one you go to. So the only thing you could talk about is the service, which I found was very pleasant.

By far, the BEST Carvel around. So kind and helpful! They also do awesome decorations for a minimal fee. Their cakes just taste fresher than other locations. Really the best around!

I grew up in New York and love Carvel. So my brother and I went there three different times on our two-day trip. Years ago they only had chocolate and vanilla soft serve but I really enjoyed the chocolate with pistachio that they have now. I definitely recommend this place as a ice cream favorite

Worst carvel place I ever went to.. out of all 1/2 scooped ice cream. The young fellow helping me spoke so softly I couldn’t hear him. You think he would have realized it when I asked him to speak up. If I was the owner I would teach this kid to ask if I wanted sprinkles or nuts what I got was cricket’s… two kids under aged and not knowing what they were doing or even what the flavor s were. Wow now that I am not enjoying my small strawberry hard serve… there are ice crystals in what should be soft creamy ice cream. That means this flavor has sat around for a time being frozen and thawed. Ehhhg I just threw it out. I might as well could have ordered unflavored snow!

They are a pleasure to work with- wvery one of my kids parties I send them a design, I go in and meet with them and they make the ice cream birthday cakes better than whatever i send. They are great people, easy to deal with and go above and beyond whatever you ask for
