If I could give 0 stars I would the worst chimi and yaroa i’ve ever had it was done sloppy and lazy chimi doesn’t even have everything and no sauce for the yaroa its super over priced and I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order even though It was just me and one other person 6 people came in after and their fritura orders were prioritized over mine. The lady taking orders had the audacity to tell me it’s because yaroa takes long no shit it’s definitely not because you had the only person in the back cook my food last. Don’t come here unless you want shitty quality and service.

Absolutely love this place! Biased opinion because they sell three of my favorite foods in one spot. I call this late night drinking food even tho I don’t drink, but I do take a 30 min drive just till get a chimy and some pig ears with tostones.

Oh yes, I could eat a plate of pigs ears and those little red sausages from here every day. Everybody loves it when we order from Rancho. My husband likes the chuleta and carne de salon, so we order one big plate of all four meats and neither one of us fights over the same piece. LOL
The tostones and yucca are great. I never use the little ketchup sauces. I love extra lime wedges to squeeze all over my pigs ears. Yum!
