The people here are very friendly. The service is incredible. I asked the server what was the best dish, she recommended carnitas. They did not let me down. So delicious. My daughter ordered the California burrito and she loved it. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and liked them too. The portions are generous, so come hungry.

The food was awful. The salsa came and it was like watered down ketchup with hot sauce. My fajitas were burnt. And they were supposed to come smothered in cheese dip, but instead had a pinch of shredded on top. I won’t be back. Staff was nice but not nice enough to eat the food and be happy about it.

I truly love Mexican food. But Farmville, does not give you the same amount of food as Greenville! Not what I expected when I opened the tray ( small portion)plus online prices were $11.95 but I was charged $13.25 total $14.18 @ lunch time! And no chips and salsa with order!!

Mi Cabanita Restaurant is a lovely place to have lunch or dinner. I chose the “Make your own combo”. I ordered the cheese quesadilla and a tostado, which included rice and refried beans. It was $7.99 and worth every penny. It was a wonderful chance to cool off from the summer heat and fill my tummy as well. Why not go for lunch with a friend or colleague. Enjoy!!

I would give this place a higher rating if they would at least change the sign outside to match the Uber Eats advertising name… It is REALLY confusing that this place has 2 names and you aren’t sure if you are at the right place until you see the rug at the door has the other name… They have great food but just call them instead of using Instacart or Uber Eats because the prices you pay to use the app or subscription is WAY MORE EXPENSIVE and you can just call them and pickup your order in usually 15-20mins either way. Great food though!

Been here a few times with my wife. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Service is always fast and courteous. Even the owner/managers get involved and that’s great. Average price for the two of us is about $35 with fountain drinks. We never leave there hungry, portions are great.

Small Mexican spot in Farmville with delicious food! They also have a wonderful inspection score (near perfect score, which makes me happy since my profession is Public Health, I always pay attention to restaurant inspection scores for my safety). The restaurant is very clean and the food is so good. The servers were excellent. It’s worth the drive to eat here.
