My daughter and I had the pleasure of dining at Pig Phatz this evening, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
We began with the fried pickles, which were perfectly crisped and served hot, with just the right balance of crunch and flavor. For our main dishes, we ordered the loaded nachos topped with tender pulled pork and a loaded baked potato with brisket. Both were generous in portion and layered with rich, smoky flavor. The meats were exceptionally tender—truly melt-in-your-mouth delicious—and seasoned to perfection.
One of the highlights of the meal was the homemade pickled onions. They added a bright, flavorful touch that complemented the savory dishes beautifully and showcased the attention to detail in the kitchen.
Beyond the incredible food, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owners were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home, which added a personal touch to the entire experience.

All the food was amazing and tender. The French fries are home made and taste delicious. The unicorn water is zero sugar which is awesome. BBQ sauce is very good. I definitely recommend the ribs and mac and cheese. Love this place and TikTok video has been made, come check it out @eriead2 lele

Pig Phatz catered our Christmas Party for Western State Bank (70+ people) and we were more than pleased with the quality of food, service, the catering set-up, and equipment pick-up afterward. Portions were generous and all the food was delicious!! I kept in contact with the owner for a few weeks, and his responses were always friendly and very prompt. I changed the amount of guests we had multiple times, and he was always very kind to accommodate the changes. There were so many compliments on the food! We had brisket, burnt ends, ribs, mac and cheese, green beans and potato salad. Pickles, rolls, sauces and pickled onions came included. The catering set-up allowed the food to stay warm for hours. The burnt ends were especially raved about. I already have them in mind for future events. Staff was extremely kind and hard-working. I can’t say enough good things. I HIGHLY recommend Pig Phatz for dine-in or catering!

Everything is always fresh and amazingly good. Beth and Frank are always in a great mood to see customers and they’re always quick with it as well. We usually get the brisket or ribs and wings but this last time we tried the brisket baked potato and it was AMAZING, it was loaded! I got full off of just the potato alone ! Our kids love the fries and Mac and cheese, We love pig phatz, it’s definitely the best bbq we have and have had in garden!

The great people at Pig Phatz BBQ catered my son’s Celebration of Life event. It was such a difficult time in our life and Frank and his crew took charge of our catering needs and made sure we had what we needed and wanted. Anytime I had a question, Frank was quick to respond. I am so thankful that I had less to worry about. The food was fantastic. Everyone seemed to really enjoy it. I’ve had several friends ask me who catered so they can use Pig Phatz for their upcoming events. I can’t thank these wonderful people enough for their support and caring.

Pig Phatz BBQ has delicious food. The quality is always consistent. My favorites are the chicken wings and the brisket. The ribs are great too. I’m picky about my potato salad and it is quite tasty here. I like that the owners are always asking for feedback. They strive to be the best! If you want good BBQ in Garden City I recommend coming here.

We catered Pig Phatz for our wedding celebration and it was absolutely phenomenal! The servers were all so kind and professional. We had brisket and pulled pork which were both perfectly prepared (in Brett’s words, the brisket was freaking fantastic). Brett is also very into his traeger and BBQ. Frank makes the best baked beans, but if you haven’t tried his apple pie baked beans, you need to! We also loved the Mac and cheese which was a favorite for the kids. Everyone loved and raved about the BBQ and food! Thank you so much Frank! We highly recommend his food for any occasion or gathering of any kind.
