The staff here is incredible. I’ve been coming regularly for months and I’m always greeted with a smile. Yes, the food is excellent, but it’s the customer service that I truly look forward to. I’ve watched the front-of-house team recognize customers by name, even during busy lunch and dinner rushes. They take the time to chat, wish people well, and still work efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about the food they serve and the experience they create. I love it here and will continue coming back multiple times a week.

Acted like they didnt took my order after i ordered 2 slices and a soda i saw the total gave my card, they slide it and gave it back to me. I waited for 15 mins for 2 slices. When I asked how much longer. They tell me ” we dont do slices, we did not take your order”… who are these kids you guys hire!

After my initial encounter where I rated this place 2 stars, the owner reached out to me the very next morning and offered to make it right. He didn’t mention anything about changing or updating my review, he just wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. Customer service in that aspect no matter the problem is always a plus in my book. The pizza was better the second time around.

Today, I dined in at the warwick location. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The girls in front was able to tell me their best deals they had. I got a tender dinner and WOW, it was amazing. Food service was fast, everything came out very fresh. I could not of had a better experience! It was a positive work environment where the employees were pleased to assist. Recommend 10/10!!!!!

Get the mixed greens pie!! It’s absolutely delicious! Basically a Greek salad with juicy grilled chicken on a pizza!! We get this one every time we order our work lunches. Excellent pie!!

I typically don’t do this but I’m appalled at the fact that I was charged $15 for this. You guys were typically spot on but lately I feel like you guys stopped caring. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering anything from your establishment as you obviously don’t value loyal customer business. There are far to many options available for me to continue to feel taken advantage of. Super disappointed with you guys.
