Waited 25 minutes more for my online order after the 20 minute order time. It wasn’t that you were busy. I saw many sandwiches come and go while I waited. You just forgot to make the Italian hoagie! The bag was just sitting there. Then when I asked about it you just acted as if,.. Oh we just need to make this. No as apology, just pretending it was coming. I don’t get upset at service industry, it’s hard, but don’t pretend that you didn’t mess up. At least own it and apologize!

Went to this location for the first time since it opened in Bethel Park. It was brought to my attention after walking in what was good that I should order a #12 which is not on the menu, it is roast beef and salami, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Sandwich is huge if you order the larger of the two sizes, a sandwich that will easy last two days. Overall the restaurant was spotless clean, staff was friendly and the sandwich I had was very good. I’ll be back.

The man who took my order was yelling out orders to the other staff. There were way too many employees there standing around talking. My table was dirty with crumbs & wet from previous customers’ drinks. Philly cheese steak was bland & just ok. For the first time in my life, I was asked if I wanted lettuce & tomatoes on my Philly. And for lunch it was expensive! I have no reason to go back.

Sept 6 ,2018 stop in this location for first time I was impressed with service/ on point & subs where excellent . I order #17 jersey mikes famous philly which i highly suggest . reward program is great because they will send email for free sub & drink. Decor is comfortable with a unique look. Unfortunately part of my pick up order got switched but was still pretty good. Ordered a hot #56 cheesesteak and instead got a cold #14 veggie sub. I was already home by the time I found it was wrong but couldn’t make back to the store. The veggie sub was still very tasty and the rest of the order was correct.

Thursday when I stopped my meal was great. I stopped today with my friend, she ordered after I did. She ordered a cold sub, I had ordered a cheesesteak. She received her sub quickly. We waited almost 15 minutes, my order had not even been started. I asked for a refund to the debit card. I was very disappointed with tonights service and walking out with no dinner.

I ordered four subs around 4pm for pick-up at 6:45pm via Jersey Mike’s website. I arrived at Jersey Mike’s at 6:50pm and my order wasn’t ready until 7:15pm (half an hour after it was supposed to be ready). No comment was given for the wait when I was handed my order.
