We went here today to grab a quick dinner before my kid’s performance. We ordered 1 giant and 3 regular subs. A bottle of Pepsi, 2 fountain drinks, a bag of chips and a cookie. $82 in total. I couldn’t figure out why it was so much. Turns out they made 2/4 of the subs giant despite me saying confirming twice that the 3 subs were regular. I was charged for both giants. I didn’t realize until after I received the food and looked at the slip what happened. Personally I also think they use too much shredded lettuce but that’s a personal preference thing. $82 for that was absolutely insane. The food wasn’t worth it. Will never be back.

Went to this location for the first time since it opened in Bethel Park. It was brought to my attention after walking in what was good that I should order a #12 which is not on the menu, it is roast beef and salami, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Sandwich is huge if you order the larger of the two sizes, a sandwich that will easy last two days. Overall the restaurant was spotless clean, staff was friendly and the sandwich I had was very good. I’ll be back.

Sept 6 ,2018 stop in this location for first time I was impressed with service/ on point & subs where excellent . I order #17 jersey mikes famous philly which i highly suggest . reward program is great because they will send email for free sub & drink. Decor is comfortable with a unique look. Cleanliness of place perfect 10 .

Unfortunately part of my pick up order got switched but was still pretty good. Ordered a hot #56 cheesesteak and instead got a cold #14 veggie sub. I was already home by the time I found it was wrong but couldn’t make back to the store. The veggie sub was still very tasty and the rest of the order was correct.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would not only is the staff friendly and very efficient. Having a gluten free option for the bread is outstanding but beyond that the care they take and protocols they have in place to prevent cross contamination is a breath of fresh air in a prepared food setting I would highly recommend if you or a loved one requires a gluten free diet. P.S. the full menu is fantastic on any type of bread but exceptional for a 6 year old that loves there sandwiches but suffers from celiac disease. 10 out of 10 Jersey Mike’s!

I am a longtime store manager so when I walk into a shop I automatically look around even if I ignore the dirt that I see. This shop was CLEAN. The team worked very smoothly. All employees had clean uniforms and good attitudes. Someone is running this shop RIGHT!!

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. It’s noisy in the store and the chairs are uncomfortable so you might want to get your food to go and enjoy it at home, or in a park.
