OUR STORY: COOKED UP BY FAMILY & CONTINUED FOR GENERATIONS. Our story began over 15 years ago when we opened our first restaurant named Pepperoni’s. The family-owned and operated restaurant quickly became a success. As we grew and opened new locations, it soon became apparent that our restaurant deserved a name that was just as unique as our delicious recipes, so in 2006 the PieZoni’s™ name and franchise became official. Since then, we have expanded to over 20 locations, but have never lost sight of our values, or where we began. We take pride in the fact that all of our restaurants are locally-owned and operated, which enables us to provide our customers with excellent service. And, we can truly boast that we are a family-owned business.

Order my food to go thru app. Got called was told being delivered by DoorDash. Told Piezoni’s worker over the phone make sure to tell them to call me etc! My food was left at the bottom of the driveway which I didn’t know until I checked. Called piezonis and told them the issue which was dismissed to DoorDash and was told we can’t control what the drivers do etc. I spend Atleast 200$ a month at this location. Will never order from this place due to lack of customer service from their workers!

I know it’s a franchise but their extra large pepperoni pizza daily special for $13 bucks can’t be beat. Also for a franchise, they sure use good ingredients. The manager in Fall River is Aces also!

Worst customer service ever! Both by clerk taking orders and manager himself. After returning my almost raw pizza and asking to speak with the manager to complain, I was told he was too busy to speak with me. I thought that was what a good manager does… listen to your customers!!

I am VERY impressed with my pick up order tonight. I called 20 minutes before closing and they were more than willing to still make my order with no issues. I showed up at 9;05 and they still had the doors open waiting for me to pick it up. The workers were great and very pleasant. I recommend everyone to definitely try it out !!!

My wife really enjoys their mozzarella sticks and the ultimate cheese fries. I’ve tried their other selections: pizza, subs, wings. I’m sorry to say though their other selections were not good. And for the price of their mozzarella sticks and ultimate cheese fries at $10+ per order, I would expect to be wowed but I was not. I will still order from here literally just for my wife but to me personally, it’s not worth the money or the trip out to pick it up. Sorry Piezoni’s you’re not worth my hard-earned money.

Their mixed greens pizza is amazing but I always add banana peppers and substitute the Greek dressing on top for italian and it’s amazing I got it 2 days ago with a different pizza and buffalo tenders it was good but I asked for ranch and blue cheese and extra buffalo sauce on side and didn’t get anything but blue cheese and the tenders were soggy but other then that love them

Got a Xtra large meat lovers with extra cheese online for delivery. Delivery only took 30 mins when website said 55 so I was most def happy about that. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Solid 8.5 outta 10 from me.

Ordered a Greek salad, was delivered messed up. Got lettuce and cheese, granted I did take items off but not everything. I called to let them know and the mistake was denied with a big ATTITUDE. Acknowledge your mistakes and offer to make it right!!!

I dont know what changes but man the food quality and service is so much lower than its been. Steak and cheese sub was unseasonably almost no cheese and toppings were space. They deliver with Door dash now something they don’t say on the web site. Delivery time was quoted 55 min more like 127 so plan wisely. I called to check and was told it had left “like 10 min ago” food showed up 25 min later no apology.
