OUR STORY: COOKED UP BY FAMILY & CONTINUED FOR GENERATIONS. Our story began over 15 years ago when we opened our first restaurant named Pepperoni’s. The family-owned and operated restaurant quickly became a success. As we grew and opened new locations, it soon became apparent that our restaurant deserved a name that was just as unique as our delicious recipes, so in 2006 the PieZoni’s™ name and franchise became official. Since then, we have expanded to over 20 locations, but have never lost sight of our values, or where we began. We take pride in the fact that all of our restaurants are locally-owned and operated, which enables us to provide our customers with excellent service. And, we can truly boast that we are a family-owned business.

They changed their pickles, I’m guessing because these are cheaper. But it’s a NO for me. Will not be returning. Only went there for the chopped pickles. Now the pickles taste like cucumbers dipped in some vinegar and slapped on the sub. And the bread has so much powder on it I could barely touch it. Waste of money.

I have been ordering from this company for over a year each and every time I order they can’t seem to cook my pizza the way I prefer. Why Give me the option if I want it lightly cooked and don’t ever cook it lightly. And when I called them to complain about money, I have spent they give me an attitude like I did something wrong and never wanna fix the problem. Customer service Is very poor at this establishment and they need to do better!!! The only reason I continue to call them is because it’s the only place in the city I can order the pizza I want even if When they do cook it incorrectly.

On Saturday 11/16/24. My family and I had ordered from this location. We order the XL sheet pizza. We asked how many slices were in this pizza and was told 32. We went pick up our order at the store. When we arrived at home the pizza wasn’t an XL it only had 16 slices. Looked over the recite and was charged for the XL. We called the store and told them the situation and requested to speak to the Mangager on shift. My sister in law could hear him yelling in the background that he wouldn’t speak to her. His name was Chris. So we asked what his schedule was so she could go in and speak with him about the way he was handing the situation and how he refused to speak to her. He told his employee on the phone nott to give the information out on when he would be working next. Chris as a manager of this location is very unprofessional and disrespectful to his customers. We will not be returning here and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Today after church my whole family came over for lunch before they had to go to their jobs, and other activities. I ordered 3 extra large pizzas from Piezoni’s through DoorDash and was given a delivery time of 45 minutes… 2 hours later the three cold pizzas arrived after my family had to leave! When I contacted Piezoni’s they informed me that I was not their customer I was a DoorDash customer and I would have to contact DoorDash… So, I contacted DoorDash and was told that Piezoni’s received the payment through their website so I would have to contact Piezoni’s, after contacting each of them three times I have come to realize that I am out of options and will not be refunded my money. Both companies are at fault here and neither will take responsibility for it. I think the worst part is that they will not work together to resolve this issue but instead put the onus on me, it seems they worked well together to take my money though! They make their profits off of poor folks with their dishonest business practices!!!

Love the pizza and food, but hate that now there’s a new girl there who doesn’t follow the daily deals theres suppose to be a 20% discount on carry out orders I’ve ordered here many times and have gotten the discount but now all of the sudden the new girl wanna not do her job not cool. It’s false advertising at this point especially when you say oh try the website and it still doesn’t work. When it didn’t work online they use to honor the discount when you came to pick up the food. Otherwise i would’ve given 5 stars. Just annoying tbh.

Order a pizza along with apps and a chicken dinner from this location today 11/22! I am ordering once a week atleast from this location. Not only have they been over cooking my food, messed up my food, not put extra cheese or bacon when requested and paid for. I’m appalled when I brought this to Heather attention and she was down right rude to me and hung up. I will never be coming here again and I advised everyone to do the same! I will be calling corporate against this location

My wife really enjoys their mozzarella sticks and the ultimate cheese fries. I’ve tried their other selections: pizza, subs, wings. I’m sorry to say though their other selections were not good. And for the price of their mozzarella sticks and ultimate cheese fries at $10+ per order, I would expect to be wowed but I was not. I will still order from here literally just for my wife but to me personally, it’s not worth the money or the trip out to pick it up. Sorry Piezoni’s you’re not worth my hard-earned money.

This place takes care of their customers, they made me another pizza no charge when my wife ordered the pizza wrong. The guy saw me looking at it outside and he came out of his way to come out and asked me if there was a problem which he wanted to fix even though it was our mistake. There’s not many small businesses that go the extra mile like this place does not to mention how the food is amazing I drive across the city to go here when we want take out. I’ve tried everything on the menu too you can’t go wrong. Thank you piezonis
