Will the manager has very poor customer service. We ordered a New York style pizza which is usually presented with a more thin style pizza and crust. This is what we received and we asked for a refund. Will refused us of our refund and would not accept the pizza back.

Poorly made food, it seems like they forgot to put cheese on parts of the pizza, and then also forgot the dipping sauces you pay for. Contacting their customer service only gets you an automated “We’ll do better!” email from a bot.

I am utterly shocked and disgusted after my recent experience at Papa John’s. Having ordered from this location for a couple of years, I decided to pick up my pizza today, and what I witnessed was appalling. The staff was handling pizzas without wearing gloves—barehanded! This is nothing short of unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety.
There must be health regulations to prevent such practices. It was clear to me that they were not washing their hands between preparing different pizzas. I can’t believe I hadn’t noticed this before, and it baffles me that others haven’t either. It’s alarming that those making our food aren’t following basic hygiene standards.
I will absolutely never order from Papa John’s again. Customers deserve better, and the staff should be required to wear gloves while handling food. This experience has left me questioning the cleanliness of this establishment completely.

Customer service 5 stars. Delivery Driver 5 stars. Pizza was horrible. My retro throwback school lunch Ellio’s cheese pizza taste way better than what i ordered tonight? For real $36 dollars for a soggy watery tasting crust . The stuffed crust cheese taste like old school polly cheese sticks. I ate 2 slices after trying to bite the 3rd slice i spat it out, disgusted. What a rip off. Never will i spend my money again, after tasting something like that. Sorry Germantown Fox Chapel Pa-Pa Johns you lost a customer at that location permanently. I wouldn’t want to feed my dog that. Thanks for the nasty food

Try to take advantage of their specials particularly the 50% off football season and basketball season. Like like football 50 or where is 50 or 20% off you can always find a good deal.

Just received my order and I’m not happy. Driver didn’t even stop when we attempted to stop him. While I am getting a replacement (another 45 min wait) I shouldn’t have to pay at all.

Previous time at this Papa John’s was about 2 months ago, and I was very very happy with my wings and my pizza. This time I was happy with my pizza, but I didn’t know Papa John’s was selling pigeon wings now. These wings were so small and not worth 34 dollars, not even close. Hopefully my next time around will be a better experience.

Yesterday, 12/26/2023, at 3 PM, I went to pick up my pizza when I arrived. I saw my pizza box was opened up and unsealed. The pizza was cold, so I had to reheat at home. The employees at this location are lazy to take an extra minute to properly close it and seal it.
