Words can’t describe how atrocious my order was. I ordered a meat lovers pie on Uber eats and it said $25. Once I placed the order they “changed the price” and upcharged me $5 more. After taxes and fees it came out to $40. What I received was a stale pie with just sausage on top, the bread was so hard that my jaw was sore after forcing myself to eat it because I spent money on it. Obviously this is not a meat lovers pie because the only topping I got was some terrible sausage with no flavor. The sausage tasted so old that I wouldn’t be surprised if this gives me food poisoning, please pray for me. This was my first time ordering from here and it will definitely be my last. Please look at my picture so that you guys can have a visual of how horrible my food was.

My girlfriend and I ordered from this place once before, and we had a problem with them. I had ordered a Chicken Cutlet Hero, the bread tasted old, and was extremely soggy, like a sponge, you could literally squeeze liquid out of it which as a knowledgeable individual entails that the chicken is frozen.
Today (6/10/18) we decided to give them a second chance, on the off-chance that maybe they were just having a rough day which DOES happen.. we’re not in the business of just shutting people down over that, so I ordered a Spinach Roll, and lo and behold, it was encased in raw under-cooked dough, and was slimy, and falling apart. It was a disgusting mess… I truly thought to myself… What would Chef Ramsay say? (Lol).. but honestly it was so nasty I snapped a picture of it as my girlfriend irritably contacted GrubHub (that’s what we used to order) to complain, mind you this was on-top of having to wait 20+ minutes POST DELIVERY for my 20oz Soda that they had forgotten because they wanted to shed out quantity, in exchange for quality. – It’s an outrage.
Sorry for the paragraph people, but let this be a fair warning, don’t waste your money here. They may have been good for some time, but that time is long gone. I included a picture so everyone can see the disgusting atrocity I was given. (Guess I won’t be eating dinner tonight) T_T.

I have been working through the entire Corona shut down. BUT my UPS truck broke down and was forced to get a hotel for the repairs . I stayed at THE SWAN HOTEL, a small family hotel. I ASKED THERE FOR A GREAT FOOD SMALL BUSSINESS FOR DINNER . THEY SAID ITS GOT TO BE PIEZANOS in ELIZABETH NJ..
I JUST HAD THE BEST LASAGNA AND SALAD AND CHICKEN WINGS EVER.

Nice place good atmosphere, clean needs more to show that’s open for business. Good pizza, needs to add regular pizza (beside thin slices), good prices. Good balance between sauce and cheese. Hand tossed crust was fantastic. Need a cashier with more experience and sure and not afraid of what she is doing. Start some type of points for free pizza.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! WORST FOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FOOD! If I could give less than one star that is what this place deserves. We were told the food would take 35 minutes to deliver to our hotel it took over an hour and 15 minutes including multiple calls to check on the status of our order. We then called to cancel our order and spoke to the manager who was yelling and screaming with a thick foreign accent and we declined the order. However, the order arrived at our hotel so we excepted it and began to call back to allow the credit card to go through. We then began to eat our food which were two simple Italian dishes and they were frozen in the center, the garlic knots were stale and it was the worst tasting food I have ever had in my entire life. We called to complain about the quality of the food and that we wanted a refund. We were told the driver would need to come back and pick up the food which we were glad to oblige as we did not want to eat it. I would not have fed it to my dogs! We were told the driver was a minute away. Over 25 minutes past with no phone call and no driver showing up. We called back and spoke to the same incompetent manager who began screaming at us again that he was on his way and to leave the food in the hallway. We declined to do this because we did not want someone else picking up the food and then losing our refund. We told the disgusting manager that we were showering and then getting into bed as we had an early flight and the driver could call us to get the food back or else we were going to bed. I never received a phone call at all. The driver also never showed up to the hotel as the hotel front desk never rang us either. It is a week later and we still have not received a refund. We just called now and the same disgusting foreign manager began screaming on the phone to myself and my boyfriend that he never received the food back and how does he know the food wasn’t good. We replayed for him the events that happened and he continued to scream and talk over us. We are calling our credit card company to stop payment. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! Not only is the food disgusting but the manager is the lowest form of life I have had the displeasure of dealing with!!!!!

Great customer service, fast delivery and food was still hot..just like the delivery girl 😉 Ordered again on 11-30 and owner answered. Great personality..actually having a conversation with you. Feel like home. Great service, food quality and quantity, fast delivery and still hot!! Def recommend this. Seeing the delivery girl again made me smile. She’s a worker.
