Everything was cooked PERFECTLY, and tasted great. Staff was friendly and productive even while being busy on a Friday evening.

Normally a great place. The last couple of pizzas we have gotten, however, have had 2-2 1/2 inches around the outside with just huge bare crust. That cuts the toppings on a 14in pizza down to 9in. Come on people! We don’t come to your place for bread.

This is a great Marco’s. The staff is friendly when you enter the store and always seem to be having a good time working together. Always have good deals in the app. Pizza always comes out hot and delicious with ample toppings. Sure they sometimes get behind but it’s the exception not the rule. It’s to bed expected when you’re one of only a few pizza places in a small town. Keep up the good work!

This is such a delight for our family. They are remarkably fast and the pizza is always cooked to perfection and very delicious. I was so delighted to discover that their salads are unusually good and it makes me feel like I’m eating something healthy alongside my pizza ha ha. They are always running deals and I find the app super convenient to order from. This is becoming a weekly treat for our family.

We love Marco’s pizza, the staff, the flavors and the pizza are always top notch! I love that the timing of pickups for take out have been more accurate as it would many times say 10-15 minutes (on busy high demand nights no matter when I ordered) I would then get there and wait for 30 more minutes – I do believe it was an issue with the App not calculating appropriately not at all the staff. The last two times I ordered it said 30 minutes which I’ve never seen before in the last few years so not blaming the staff as they were always sincerely apologetic and kind. Marco’s in Chapin is a very busy pizza restaurant and we are glad it’s here!

I love my Chapin Marco’s Pizza. They are THE!! Only ones so far to bring my pizza not looking like it was supposed to be brown lol. I HATE!! burnt cheese and to top it all off; they have a gluten free cauliflower crust pizza that taste amazing. They are always on time and the tracking system they have is awesome. Thank you to the amazing staff at Chapin Marco’s. You guys should get a raise in pay. Because if it wasn’t for you guys Marco’s wouldn’t be great. I look forward to my next pizza tomorrow lol.

Remember to have some grace and patience in today’s world. My order was late but I used my eyes and saw that they were handling an enormous amount of orders being Halloween. They always seem to be short staffed but they handle it with grace. If you want dinner at a specific time, cook it yourself instead of getting mad over pizza. Keep up the good work guys!

Marcos is always great anytime we order. I have had only 1 bad experience with Marcos. I ordered about 4 pizza to take on the boat and once we open the pizzas , they were not what we ordered. I just let it go.

Though our pizza took longer to get it was indeed fresh. When we walked in there were smiling faces and greetings and the lady that greeted us was very polite and quick to get to the phone. That phone was ringing back to back after we stepped in. While watching we did see pizza after pizza being made and put in and coming out to be boxed. So we were not as upset as we could see for ourselves what the hold up was. I can appreciate hot food. And I appreciate the girl who took my order. The brownies were perfect for my little cheat sweetness for the month. I give four stars because of the wait, but everything otherwise was great.
