My daughter and I walked by after visiting Winter Haven and the smell was so good we had to stop in. The garlic bread bites were amazing ! The salad was delicious . I really enjoyed my Italian deli sandwich but our favorite was the spinach dip with pizza chips . We got our food to go because I had already promised my daughter McDonald’s and she still wanted her chicken nuggets , but next time we will definitely be trying the garlic and herb alfredo to go with the salad, spinach dip, and garlic bread bites. The dining area is small and very family friendly. While we were sitting waiting for our food it kind of felt like we were in a hidden Cafe. My daughter went straight for the tall table because she loves those. I think they make her feel taller . The service was fast and friendly and we will definitely be back.
I found the prices to be very reasonable and the portions generous.
Eventually we will get around to trying the pizza and wings . With as good as the garlic bread bites were I know that pizza crust is going to be amazing.
My only complaint is that there was no silverware or napkins in the to-go bag and the banana peppers that I asked to be put on the side of my sandwich (because I knew my daughter would want some of it and wouldn’t like them) were completely forgotten .

Came in for pizza pick up order over the phone.
Everything was perfect except for the paper plates they did not give me. I asked them for plates over the phone and again before they rang me up on register. Was friendly just perhaps distracted as they were bragging about the quality of the pizza.
But to that persons credit and the cooks… The pizza was exceptionally good. Perfect 14 inches in diameter. Crust was non- uniform through entire pizza crunchy on exterior yet still soft in the middle. Sauce was robust and flavorful but not overpowering. Cheese pulled like a pile of strings.
My missing plates were eclipsed by the magnificent pizza accompanied by a creamy peppery house ranch made in house.
I award this restaurant 5 stars.

Crust hard and future dry. No Italian spices used. Flat on flavor. They used a lot of pepper for seasoning. No e it is evening and my stomach is still unhappy. I ate ate 2 p.m. and it is now 6 p.m.

We visited the day before Wintehaven opened 2025. The place had 2 other parties there (1 person & 7person) they forgot to make a meatball sub and it took 15 min to get it. The pizza was OK but the sauce was missing something. The antipasta salad had once slice of pepperoni, one slice of salami and a piece of cheese. I got a pizza, meatball sub, an antipasta salad and 2 ice teas for $68 bucks.

My slice of pizza was better than any chain place but something was slightly off. Im not sure if ai got an errant pineapple of maybe just the juice but there was something sweet I was not expecting. My daughter got an Italian Deli sandwich and it looked awesome. It all appeared to be fresh and it came with a side salad, which looked equally as fresh. Id certainly be willing to try a second or third time to experience their menu more.

My wife and I have eaten take out from here a few times, I usually get the Chi town calzone which is awesome. This was my first time dining in, and I was very pleased. I ordered a Dunkle beer by the name of Fire Truck, an okay dark beer from the tap. The next beer I had was a 1077 I believe, this was an amber pretty good overall. Our group ordered different things and I sampled a couple of them. The garlic balls with marana was very good definitely fresh garlic. The southwest chicken pasta was tasty it had a touch of heat but very good flavor. I had the Philly cheese steak calzone made with tri tip steak, this calzone was full of flavor and big enough for two. The bathrooms are very clean, so is the kitchen and dining area. There is a small L shaped bar top to eat or drink at and the staff are very friendly and helpful when deciding on what to eat or drink.

I never rank bad reviews until today. Unfortunately, we ordered a pizza to go and the crust was so hard and dry. The ingredients were okay but the sauce was too spicy to enjoy. We had to wait for more than 40 min and the cost of the pizza was $42 without the tip.
Please work on the dough and sauce, those are the most important parts of this dish.

Overall good pizza but I really hate sweet pizza sauce, it ruins it for me. Also the preferred online ordering service is kinda janky, it doesn’t give an accurate pickup time(it told me my pizza wouldn’t be ready til tomorrow) so I had to guess and my pizza was cold by the time I got it.
