A Fall/Winter MUST!!
Fujiya Ramen in Montclair is an absolute gem! There’s easy parking in the garage right behind the restaurant, which is a huge plus. I got the vegetarian ramen and it was phenomenal — my mouth literally watered after the first bite. The broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted so fresh. It’s super affordable, and I love that they offer punch cards for discounts too. Definitely my new go-to ramen spot!

Quaint and lovely ramen shop nestled away in Montclair, NJ. Delcious food, excellent boba milk and the staff are not only efficiant but very kind. 5 stars, couldn’t recommend more. ❤️

Loved the spicy miso and chicken shoyu ramen. They will swap the pork broth for chicken if you ask. Will definitely recommend. Great service and friendly staff. Parking can be a problem especially on weekends.

Came here to eat with my husband and 2 young kids. This restaurant is now a must for my family. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh (I promise next time we go, I will remember to take pictures). We ordered Tori Karage (which is like popcorn chicken) and Takoyaki for appetizers, 3 ramens (1 Shoyu Pork, 2 Tonkatsu) and 1 Chashu Don rice bowl. Ramen was flavorful and had the right amount of seasoning for the kids. Rice dish was delicious and plentiful of pork. Service was excellent. I did not have to ask for refills for water, they were very attentive and friendly. Will be back soon for another review with pictures!

This place is legit! I get takeout from here often and have dined in a handful of times, and I’m always impressed by this place.
The food is authentic and made in-house, all the ingredients are fresh and what I love most is the open kitchen as you can see them preparing your food in the back.
Whether you are dining in or taking out, I recommend this place for some delicious ramen, authentic katsu and curry, and tasty appetizers and drinks.

My son wanted to check out this spot in Montclair, and I was not disappointed. The food is well portioned and very tasty. I was not really prepared for the heat level of my spicy ramen. Went through 3 glasses of water! The curry chicken had a really nice earthy flavor. The 2 young ladies provided great service with a smile. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing food had many different varieties of flavors within the Spicy Miso Ramen, and Chicken Curry over rice. The staff was extremely nice and on point/fast with everything. Very detailed explanation about every dish, and pleasant vibes all over. Great low key spot, highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my first time experience at Fujiya Ramen restaurant. The ladies were very welcoming and the place is decorated so artfully. Our food was delicious and plentiful. I will for sure go back. The dumplings were so tasty, and our dinners were so flavorful.

Ordered take out from this great location. Service was very fast. The place had great vibes plenty of seating and had really cool art up. I ordered in house. Was in and out in 15 min. Staff was super friendly. The food traveled extremely well. The boa buns had an excellent sauce. The ramens broth was the best component. Next time will order extra pork. Loved the experience will be back.

Was going to the Wellmont Theater to see a show and was running late. Fujiya Ramen was a very pleasant surprise. Their ramen is delicious, the umami flavor was incredible. We also had the takoyaki which was delectable. For amazing tamers, this is the spot!
