Love God First
Most amazing cuisine by a real chef. Decent prices. The owner knows his food. The food will knock your socks off! The pretzels with pub cheese, Philly’s, everything we had was amazing. Will have to come down here just to eat from an hour and a half away. It is just that good. Atmosphere is really cool too. Service was top notch. I can’t even think of anything that didn’t far exceed my expectations. A must try for anyone that craves food that tastes amazing. The touches on the food shows a mastery of culinary skills.

This place has been a wonderful addition to Stockton. The food is great. The prices are great. There is nothing on the menu that my wife and I have tried that has been bad….as a matter of fact it has all been great. The best French Dip sandwich I’ve ever had. Great steaks and pork chops. My wife loves the steak salad done rare and the burgers are incredible.
We are so glad that there is a small quaint place now to go in Stockton for Lunch and Dinner….keep up the great food and service!

My friends have had great experiences and their service was amazing. I will try again but my first experience with the actual food was not much better than fast food/gas station super salty food. The jalapeno appetizer is so saturated with batter that is all you taste is cheese and batter and my sandwich was over salted. I don’t want anyone to think I left this review out malice, it was not 5 star in my opinion and trying to be honest. I received some recommendations from my friends locally that love this placeand I will try those if I find it better I will update my review. I never want to hurt a small business but what I had was just okay food and trying to be honest.

My wife and I just happened across this place. We were very pleased with our prime rib meal. Nice atmosphere, the waiter was a very nice young man. The desserts were great too. We live in Kimberling City but will make sure to stop in and enjoy another dinner soon. Highly recommend this place!

You know when you hear that a restaurant or store is coming to town and you think we’ll see? We were hoping, as residents of Stockton, that Piette’s would deliver. Our choices here are slim because we are a small town. Don’t get me wrong, we have restaurants that are worth the time but we were hoping for “that” place to go. We had dinner a couple nights ago and it was good enough to earn a trip back. Tonight we went for Happy Hour and it was fabulous! We had a pretzel & cheese appetizer and then the Tenderloin Medallions for $7.95 and it was the best Happy Hour dinner I’ve ever had. The pretzel was soft and chewy and the beer cheese dip was delicious. The Tenderloin Medallions were done to perfection. As good as I’ve ever had and believe me, I love steak. Jennifer and Mark have done a tremendous job with this restaurant. They opened in the midst of the Covid restrictions and actually had to close for a brief period due to an employee that tested positive. They stuck it out and man are we glad they did. The service was excellent and the food is outstanding. We’ll be returning on a regular basis. My only issue is that too many people see this review and go there, our small town secret will be exposed and our seats at the bar might become hard to get. If you are ever in Stockton, Missouri and are wondering where to get a bite to eat for a good price, you won’t be disappointed in Piette’s. I guarantee it.

Food and service were delicious!! They ask my husband to cut into his New York steak to make sure it was cooked the way he likes it, appreciate that extra step. Bartender came out to ask if martini was good. Very excited to have a restaurant in our small town worthy of date night!

We have visited twice and loved it! We enjoyed the beef medallions, sirloin steak, chicken fried chicken, and grown up mac-and-cheese! Great food and excellent service.

The only thing they do well is things that are fried.
I ordered a dish of pasta and it was awful. we had ordered some chicken wings as an appetizer and it was more fried chicken than wings. They portray it as a nice restaurant but it is no different then a grease pit down the street. I will never eat here again. If you are looking for something not fried, I don’t suggest you come here. The potatoes and fries were the only good things. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Stellar in Stockton! Our group had a wonderful evening. We were visited by the bartender, owner and chef. The service had that warm, small town feel, but the food delivered big city taste. If you are looking for a great evening with phenomenal service in a fun/make you feel like family environment, stop here! Thank you for making us feel like lifelong friends. We will be back.
