Had to try Chipotle after the many recommendations. Had the Burrito Bowl with everything. Not the biggest fan of their hot salsa. The portion was huge and the food was okay. Lots of options for vegetarians at budget friendly prices and decent flavors. Also lots of branches of Chipotle across NYC. Definitely makes for a great meal option, while on the go!

Food was okay, vegetarian options available, the place was clean and quite empty so there was no problem with seats – we came here on a weekday, an October afternoon. Service was super nice – we remember very fondly the guy who was selling us our meals as we had really nice talk with him!

Really? After seeing the news recently that all the employees are trained to give proper portion of protein, I went back to actually see, but I am super disappointed that I am given half scoop of chicken in my $14 bowl. Absolutely nasty attitudes of all employees. Compared to ADOBO, adobo is 1000 X times better, but they don’t have a location in Manhattan.

I go to chipotle at least once a week and always had a decent experience until now. 9/2/25 around 12:50-1pm
Ordered a carnitas bowl which I was given small scraps of meet from the bottom of a clearly already empty tin. I told him that I wanted a normal portion for my meat which the guy serving me acted frustrated, proceeds to continue to pick up an extra strand from an already empty tin and rushed me to the next station. I would have stepped back and waited for the refill if necessary. Unacceptable

Look at the amount of food they’re giving. funny how the people working there, knowing they make one hour worth of salary just for a little tiny bowl & they still give as tiny portion as possible is insane

These girls have nasty attitudes and they speak Spanish to each other while serving food. The guy ahead of me asked for some onions because all she grabbed were the green peppers and she stared at him, rolled her eyes and then said something in Spanish to her co worker. The co worker; who was changing out the food also stared at him and shook her head in disgust. After making my bowl I asked for a large chips and queso in which she only gave me queso. I didn’t realize that she left the chips on the counter and never put them in my bag before I walked out. I was very disappointed but decided not to go back to get them from her. The food gave me severe gas and stomach issues, I wouldn’t go back to that location nor would I recommend. The floors and tables were also nasty.
