I ordered a Meat Lovers, Super Sausage and a cheese pizza. All 10″ pizzas. The Sausage pizza had a nice layer of grease on top and the Meat Lovers was pretty greasy also. Definitely need napkins to dab the top and your hands are going to get messy. Solid ingredients, no complaint there. I would like more cheese because while you do get plenty of toppings, it does need a tad more cheese. While you can get full off the toppings plus eating pretty much a full pizza the price is just to high for a 10″. I probably will stick with Domino’s for the value.

So I’m going to start off by saying I judge all pizza with the critical lense of a New Yorker. The pizza is not NY pizza, HOWEVER it is excellent pizza.
The crust is thin and pliable, the ends are crisp and chewy. The sauce is not sweet or salty, it’s a great neutral tomato blend with hints of Oregano. The toppings are plentiful, and the add on price is worth it given the amount they pile on. Cheese is melty, gooey, and a decent pull.
The wings, were crispy and meaty with an absolutely incredible garlic parm sauce, like wanted to lick the take away container clean good.
The cheesy bread was everything you want cheesy bread to be.
My husband and I love The Flame and Fairview, Pies is absolutely no exception to the resturants in that plaza.
We will be making this our Friday night spot for pizza and wings now. The price is reasonable for the portions given and an incredible bargain for the quality. We ordered online, but the staff that greeted us when we picked it up were friendly and happy. 100 out of 10 recommend this place.
Only downside for some I guess, is if people like to sit down and order in. Pies is take out or delivery only, but we never really eat pizza out so it’s not even an issue for us. Pies does advertise as take out or delivery very clearly, so they people that complain about that can’t seem to read clearly ♀️

It’s pretty pricey to go out to eat these days. So we were kind of stoked that a new pizza place had come in. Some things to note that we didn’t know when coming to try them out. Is that there is no dining room or place to sit. Luckily, the bookstore next door had a small seating area outside, so we were able to utilize that. But it would be nice for the pizza place to throw a couple of picnic tables out front.
The staff were friendly and made suggestions.
As for the food, we had asked for the wings extra crispy. I don’t think that’s possible because of how they make them, but they were most definitely not crispy, fatty and . To be honest, we would never order wings from this place again. But the kicking Bourbon sauce was fantastic, too bad they can’t get their wings straight.
We ordered the fig and feta pizza along with the plain cheese pizza! The fig and feta had some great flavors! As for the cheese pizza , I would have preferred a box frozen pizza….. as the cheese pizza was lacking in flazor.

Pies pizza, if I could give one star. I would once if I could give 0 stars. I would 0 star you, but you must provide a star. In order to be able to post a review in the pictures you see a set of 2 Arms one with no color 1 with some color if the wings that you all are around here serving people are the color of the top arm then that’s not well done and you need not provide the option of well done. I am disappointed at that those wings that you all serving. You have the audacity to say that they are well done. Please take a reference from the picture that you see below. One well done arm one undone arm and I am referencing the picture so that you all know what color is supposed to look like when you cook a wing, well done. One with color 1 without color this is the second time that we have tried you all and my wings have been the color of the top arm. You guys should remove the option of offering well done if that is not what you can provide. I will say. Your pizza is good though. That’s about it your wings suck you need to do better The last picture is that of the wings you prepared and added oil and recooked them. Update I did call and didn’t like the response received so I google reviewed you.

I thought it was delicious!! Ordered a cheese and sausage for lunch to bring home for everyone to try. So far it gets a seal approval from three in the household. Waiting on others to get home and give their opinion.
UPDATE: Everyone else liked it too! Looks like we have a new place to order from.

We had the most pleasant experience with the young man taking our order. He was kind, polite and asked how our day was with a genuine smile. Tanner was so helpful to us as new customers deciding on what to order. We will be back and hope to see this nice gentleman again.

Imagine you are lost in the desert – not the fun kind of desert like in Indiana Jones where you can ride an elephant or a sand worm, but a desolate, lonely, hot, sticky, sandy, sharp desert of tan and brown colors, where you can see the heat waves radiating in the air, where it feels heavy and hard to breath. The sun is beating down on your sunburned neck, you’re stumbling through the sand – wait, what’s that! Suddenly, in front of you, a palm tree! A pool of crystal clear water! A breeze picks up out of nowhere, and it’s cool air. You blink. Blink again. Rub your eyes, yet the oasis doesn’t vanish – it’s not a mirage, it’s real! You take a dip in the pool, take a long drink from the cool water, and feel refreshed like you never have before.
This, my friends, is what it feels like to eat a pizza from Pies Pizza.
In the desert of dry, blank, overly salty boring pizza, Pies Pizza stands out like an oasis. With its humble storefront, incredibly pleasant and friendly employees, unique yet not over-the-top menu, and just straight up delicious pizza, Pie’s is truly one of a kind. I’ve had a lot of pizza over the years and I can honestly say that the Korean BBQ Chicken pizza here is one of the best pizzas’s I have ever tasted. The sauce ratio is right on the money, the flavor profile is well designed, and the attention to detail (garlic! Actual garlic! Oh, the garlic!) is what sets this place apart.
Visit Pie’s Pizza. Get the Korean BBQ Chicken. One bite, and it’ll be the only pizza you ever want for the rest of your life.

Worst pizza I’ve ever purchased. The cheese pizza I ordered was dripping in grease to the point where it dripped directly through the box onto my pants during the drive home. The s’mores pizza consists of a thin, crunchy, tough layer of crust with chocolate topping. Be careful chewing this and good luck cutting it. Will never ever be back.

Gave this place a shot despite the mixed reviews because it is right down the street from us have been impressed with everything we have tried. Started just ordering a 10” cheese for my 2 yr old little boy as a weekend treat and then me and my wife tried some of the specialty pizzas later. We have tried cheese, pepperoni, Hawaiian, Korean BBQ, Philly Cheese Steak, Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the cheese bread. The ingredients are fresh and we really enjoy the unique sauces used to set the tone for each of the pizzas. The chicken used is real chunks of chicken not the fake rubbery stuff you may find elsewhere. We just ordered our first deep dish pizza which is maybe more comparable to a pan pizza but super filling.
