Found this place while driving in the area, nothing remarkable, the food was I would say good. The service was not the best, a little attitude from the person behind the counter for no reason., she was in a hurry for me to order like she was going somewhere or the place was full( there was only one more person there). Colorful place to say the least. Like I said, it’s OK, no more than that.

I was surprised by how big the portions were. We had a big group, and everyone was satisfied with their food. Both the food and service were on point. The only negative was the alcoholic drinks, which were not that good and watered down.

The food here is so delicious. The presentation is even better. I will have to be honest. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and knew how to recommend food items that she feels like you would actually enjoy. They have a full bar at this location. The drinks are nice and strong and delicious. The owner is there. He comes by the tables and check on the people that has patronizing his business I love that business ethics.

This is my 3rd time eating at Pierre’s. I have to tell you the food is delicious. I ordered a seafood soup and surf and turf lobster. It was really good. The service was impeccable. The servers were nice and attentive. Their server, Diana, and manager, Mitchelle, really made sure this was a nice dining experience for my guests and I. I would definitely recommend Pierre’s Cuisine for an excellent Haitian dining experience.

Picked up dinner for the first time, tonight, and it was very good. Had plain wings, a plate of Buffalo wings, and plate of Griot. Sous pwa (pinto) and diri kole was also delicious. Will definitely give it another try. Was a bit disappointed with the boulette and djon djon rice not being available, so I’ll definitely have to circle back.

I placed an order online last night through their website and paid through the Clover platform. When my husband arrived an hour after the order was placed to pick it up, he was rudely told that the order wasn’t received. I was called to go back and forth about the order over the phone with the staff. I let them know to check again because the money came out my account, so surely they should have the order. The staff member then said oh, it is there (without an apology, of course).
This staff member then told my husband that the restaurant needs to be called if online orders are made. I found that baffling, given that we’re in the year 2026, in a technologically advanced society, where the purpose of online orders is customer convenience; avoiding language barriers and limiting the amount of speaking needed to staff about an order altogether. Apparently the staff did not pay attention to their online order queue and wanted to pass the blame over to the customers. Huge customer service flaw that I will not overlook.
So my husband had to wait another hour for the food to be prepared (once again, without an apology, recognition of his time being wasted, offer of even a drink, nothing). When we got home with it, the fried snapper was bland and lacked epice and flavor. It was clear to be that the frying was rushed. Also, the djon djon rice was stiff and stale, as if it was made the previous day.
I am highly disappointed with the customer service and the quality of food from this restaurant. Being a fellow Haitian and new to the area, I always try to support my culture by buying from my people. This was our first and last time wasting time and money at this place.

Let’s start with the customer service. Awesome! I can’t pronounce her name but she was awesome. I nicknamed her Star. The atmosphere is nice. I love the decor. The food was gooood. I love the fired turkey. Season very well. The turkey in sauce was good. The drinks were to sweet. Overall I will be returning.

As I Walked In I Was Greeted,Friendly Staff,Clean Environment,Clear Streetview,OnSite Parking ️ Available,Very Organized &Polite.I Stopped by to Sample their Food , Michelle Was my server/Cashier& She did an amazing Job.I ordered Their Griot:Fried Pork/ Diri JonJon:Mushroom Rice /Banan Peze:Fried Plantains / pickliz ️ / Creole Sauce/Salad .
