We are now Jax’s on the Crown Point Square in NWI with the same house-made pierogi with 6 flavors in stock and 64 pierogi flavors for special order in advance. In-house everyday, we carry our signature house-made from scratch stuffed cabbage, potato pancakes, sausage & kraut, and samplers of all of the above! View our catering menu on our website to see these along with other Polish foods like haluski and kugelis, as well as American classic foods like fresh juicy burgers, chicken wings and salads. Jax’s restaurant menu is available for our dine-in movie theater, diner, carryout or delivery. The perfect blend of American and Polish foods, this family-friendly, kid-friendly NWI restaurant is a huge hit for all ages!

Vibe was having movies playing on all the TVs and even a theater area in the back. Super neat, staff was friendly and informative, the food was fine, nothing too special, and the prices were fairly reasonable. It’s definitely a place worth checking out.

Absolutely awesome!! Owner himself actually took the time to sit and explain food and menu options including the perogies than can be ordered from an extensive list. Customer service in today’s age is usually mia but they have it in spades! Time taken made my day.
Then the food ordered was out of this world goodness! A specially made huge burger (no longer on the menu but because my son asked it was made anyway) was juicy and grilled to perfection! Perogies were to die for in their authentic taste and style. Tasted like memories and smiles from the past. Can’t beat it anywhere.
Already making plans to work our way thru all the flavors of perogies AND the authentic polish foods!

In my opinion one of the best polish places in the area. I’ve tried almost all their pierogi flavors and they have all been great. And they are always getting new ones and offer a flavor of the month or season. They also offer the classics stuffed cabbage, sausage, potato pancakes and more. Highly recommend

Absolutely the worse ever we were instructed to boil frozen then fry in butter. Sounded right but not today. Bought 6 dozen what a mistake terrible cheese fell apart! I have never boiled obvious not the thing to do. Disposed most of batch. The potato had little or no spices literally tasted like mashed potatoes in dough.

I’m not sure why Google allows obvious negative review brigading from users that don’t even leave a review with their single star rating. My experience was nothing like some of the negative reviews here either.
Anyways, we stopped here on the way home after Christmas shopping to see how they compare to all of the other pierogis we’ve had, and these are definitely the best. I wanted to pick up a frozen dozen but they were (understandably) backordered at the time. We didn’t try the other non-pierogi menu items, so I can’t speak for those yet. I’ll definitely be back though.

FABULOUS pierogis. Absolutely fabulous. We’re from way out of town, got cooked ones to go, turned around & went back for frozen ones to take home. One woman show today and she was kicking butt w/making sure everything was taken care of. Super busy place. No public restroom.

So tasty! Everyone there was super friendly, and the pierogis are top notch. I highly recommend the sauerkraut ones and the Reuben ones, as well as the pumpkin pierogis when they carry them seasonally. So, so, so good!
