Amazing spot for fresh seafood at Pier39/Fisherman’s Wharf! Highly recommend you make reservations here as the place was really busy around dinner time on a Friday when we visited.

Our visit started on a bad note. Reservations were made via phone a week earlier, and we were told that we would be seated at the windows, but that did not happen. We sat down in the middle of the room. Ali, our server was awesome. She gets full marks for her great service and care. The food was fine and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but for 2 reasons, it’s 3 stars only. The first is already listed above. The second reason: a well Scotch was ordered, but a little while later, another server came and told us that they were out of well Scotch. So, another inexpensive Scotch was ordered. When the bill arrived, we noticed a $50 charge for Johnny Walker Blue Label! The Scotch was definitely not Blue Label. If it was an honest mistake, I’d understand, but I wonder how many tourists have been taken advantage of. Thankfully, Ali was able to remove the charge.

I really loved this place, their food is amazing if you love sea food then this is the best place to go. It is kinda pricey with some plates being 20$ but its worth it. The staff is very friendly and kind they were able to help me and my family when we need help with what the food had and same with the dessert it’s really good. Over all this is an amazing spot to go eat.

I wanna give 4.5 stars and here is why. My fish was outstanding. Her crab cakes were average. The drinks? VERY good. A solid 5 on the cocktails. The margarita I had was not sweet or dry, it was perfect! Her drink was yummy without feeling like a desert.

So much to do and so many places to eat, shop. You can easily spend an entire day there and probably wouldn’t even finish walking all of it and their piers. There’s a restaurant there where you can even sit and eat at and have an incredible view of the sea lions it’s on pier 37.

Good food and lively atmosphere. Fried calamari was tender and crispy. The shrimp platter and crab cakes were both well-made and very tasty. Coleslaw could use a bit more seasoning, but fries were perfect with just the right amount of salt. Service was good and prices were not bad for the location at Pier 39.

Pretty good tasting food. Slightly pricey but that’s to be expected for the area. The atmosphere was really nice especially at sunset. It does feel a little touristy but it is definitely worth the visit if you are in the area. Plenty to do around the area after dinner too.

Fresh food – my cod fish and BBQ pork sandwich were delicious! Good (not over sized), balanced portions. Friendly service, as a tourist from France, I have an impression that everyone is super friendly here .

I went here for 2 days in a row, once with my boyfriend and the next day with a friend because the clam chowder breadbowl was so good. The calamari was pretty fresh too. If you sit inside you get a nice view of the harbor, if you sit outside you can people watch and it’s not too cold since they have porch heaters.

Lots of options in Pier 39, but the Pier Market is a standout. Came during a busy Friday afternoon, but were seated promptly. Host and server were very nice. Food was terrific. Shared a salmon burger with my wife. It was delicious! Also had a Ceasar salad and added the grilled shrimp, and had to have a cup of clam chowder. So so good!
