I visited here tonight at sat at the bar. Jiang was my bartender. He could not make an old fashion for jack but outside of that his service was fantastic and fun. I ordered a custom bag of crab legs, headless shrimp and crawfish accompanied by corn on the cob and potatoes with old Bay seasoning. It was amazing. This was my first time ordering crawfish and I am in love. The seafood bread was equally amazing. If you’ve not been here and love seafood don’t hesitate. Visit Now!

I placed an order on 10/04/2025 at 21:35:11 ticket number 151 for pickup under Sierra.
I placed and order that totaled $53.00 after pickup I got home to see the food was made incorrectly I called the restaurant a total of 8 times and decided to wait until the morning to speak to someone and try calling again. I called on 10/05/2025 and spoke with Tom who was extremely unpleasant and rude from the beginning of the call he told me that “I sounded African American and that this wouldn’t be the first time you people have tried this”.
I told him if he could pull my receipt it would show the order made incorrectly he said that isn’t possible because they have protocol which ensures the order has seasoning, after asking him to pull my receipt I asked him “what seasoning is supposed to be on my food” he said “that doesn’t matter” I explained to him because there was not any added to the food he said I would only be able to get a refund if I had proof. I in fact told him I did have proof please see the attached pictures that are time stamped and he proceeded to hang up on me. After calling back I informed him I did not appreciate him hanging up he said that is not his problem and disconnected the call once again.
I did not want the refund I just wanted the order remade properly. I have attached the receipt and the pictures of the food made incorrectly.

We had 22 Swan Pointe residents join us at Pier 17. We outgrew the party room and
Mia Korugic, the GM, moved us out into the main part of the restaurant. Emily D was going to be our server. She went around the tables and got our drink orders. Then Emily came back and took our food orders. Lots of different items were ordered. It was amazing. Large steam bags with multiple varieties of seafood along with small white potatoes and corn on the cob were inside. There were Lobster Tails, Fried Cod Fish baskets, Fried Chicken Tenders that were as big as your fist. Several ordered Snow Crab Legs, and some got Shrimp and Scallops.
They have unusual decorations. There are fish nets hanging from the ceiling and plastic crabs, fish and lobsters dangling all around. There’s even a Jack Sparrow type pirate figure by the cash register. The front doors have assorted signatures and graffiti on them. We had a good time and got a few pictures too. Emily did a great job. Maybe she’ll be your server, too.

We usually get the $90 combo and add sausage. It is enough to feed 3 to 4 people. We only go once a year on my youngest’s birthday. They got separately, crab legs and scallops. I appreciate how they package it up for you, instead of us. I’d make a mess everywhere.
The fish hanging, the ropes and nets, and wood posts make a great nautical atmosphere. Each year, they add their name somewhere else.
I recommend this place if you don’t want to cook all the seafood and have to clean it up. Been there, done that, and this is way better.

We had come before years ago and were not really impressed but we were craving a seafood boil and decided to give this place another try. I’m really glad we did because the food and service were really good. We made our own boil since we’re not a fan of lobster and my husband is allergic to shrimp. We got 3lbs or snow crab legs, 1lb of crawfish, 1lb of mussels, and 1lb of sausage with some rice. Potatoes and corn were included. We paid around $170, which was cheaper than the family option and honestly I think a great deal. We left stuffed and with some leftovers with 4 people eating. We will definitely be back. They also have a hand washing station.

This place really disappointed last night. It was so cold that everyone had to eat with their coats on. They packed tables in there so tight that it was hard to even move around the post. My reservation was so botched for 16 people, it ended up being 15, one person couldn’t make it and it was still not enough room when they sat us how the tables were arranged. If you can’t make the accommodations, then say that. We had to stand awkwardly and wait for a family to get done at the end of our table. Also not to mention in the bathroom, they were dirty and one toilet had the toilet seat completely gone in the women’s restroom.
Our server was good, it wasn’t her fault. But getting there at 6pm and sitting half way and no food until 7:30 was wild work. Be cautious going with a big party, this restaurant is not the place for that.

If you’re ever in Louisville debating on which seafood place to get, always pick Pier 17. Best value, best flavor, best service. Their food is so good picking up seafood TO GO was still 10/10. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!
