Bad service, cold food, wrong food, the employees don’t have a care in the world about time and just walk around like zombies and when I ask a question they look at me like they are lost. Manager Nicole sounds friendly on the phone but doesn’t know how to run a shift and have her employees clean up. While I waited for my mess up food I came Inside The lobby because they only have one person on the headset when they have two drive-through speakers. Everyone waiting in line in drive thru #2 has to back out and go to the First speaker box if they want their order taken. This McDonalds always messes up my food and half the time the cooking staff doesn’t even know what goes on the sandwiches. It’s joke save your time and money and don’t eat at this location HARRYWEBB

I would have to give this place a solid 2. My Filet-O-Fish was on point which I admired. But I was disappointed when I specifically asked for extra pickles on my McCrispy and clarified it not once, but twice. Upon opening my sandwich I was disappointed to find that there were ZERO pickles on it at all despite asking for extra pickles. However I am grateful that I was not charged for the extra pickles despite not getting any to begin with. On top of this I asked for ice water and was barely given any ice. I was given ice that was just floating on top rather than filled with ice then water. I mention this because every other place I have gone to always fills the cup entirely with ice then water, not just a a few cubes floating on top. Which lead me to be even more disappointed. The person at the window had an unusual time swiping my card which startled me a little out of fear of being used on a fake scanner to get my card information. Not sure if this was the case or not but I’d like to believe it was just an honest error. I treated the staff respectfully and with manners and was mostly communicated through head nods. I understand the staff were surely tired and exhausted from work so I’m not entirely bothered by their lack of enthusiasm but I am disappointed in not receiving ANY pickles at all on my sandwich despite ordering extra on top of getting barely any ice in my water. Hopefully staff were just having a rough time in the moment and honest mistakes were made. I don’t plan on coming here again but my respect goes to the staff for their efforts. I would have to say this was one of the worser McDonald’s I’ve gone to in terms but I believe I may have just caught them at a bad time because it seems relatively well put together. To anyone looking to come here I would say try it once but if it’s a bad experience or similar to mine, do not come here again.

I think this place needs a drastic shift in the workplace for their employees. A better attitude, establish camaraderie, and a motivation that gets them excited to work even if it’s not their goal to stay working there. It really makes all the difference and in turn will ensure better service and no mistakes when taking orders. What’s to say this can’t be one of the most highest regarded McDonald’s out there? I encourage both the customers and the employees to do better, therefore we can have a McDonald’s us customers genuinely enjoying going and for the workers to genuinely enjoy working at.

Went to pick up online order and was told breakfest started. I have screen shots. The order was placed at 3:37am. Arrived at 3:43AM to pick up an online order. Was ignored at the drive through and I had to call the restaurant to get acknowledgement. At 3:51am, Was told they are serving breakfast. 3:52am, had to call to cancal the order and lost money. Very exhausting trying to figure out their ever evolving schedule. Could of swore breakfast started at 5am to 6am. Not 3 am….not 4am!
Never going to McDonald’s again, anywhere. This keeps happening repeatedly at various locations and has never been an issue before and am tired of the games.

Hands down one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered ONE item: a fudge sundae with extra fudge. I was charged at the first window, my order was not repeated, and I was not given a receipt. At the second window, I was handed a cheeseburger. When I said this wasn’t my order, staff claimed they had no record of the sundae and then had the audacity to ask me for a receipt — the receipt THEY never gave me.
Instead of fixing their mistake, they wasted my time trying to figure out who even took the order. Then I was told to pay again for something I had already been charged for. After more confusion, they offered half a refund with a “free” sundae, only to immediately reverse that and say I had to pay the full amount anyway.
They refunded the $2.14 and then offered me a caramel sundae, even though I ordered fudge. After 10–15 minutes of pure incompetence, I left with no sundae at all.
Complete lack of attention, communication, and basic training. The entire situation was chaotic and unprofessional. If this is the standard here, management clearly does not care. Avoid this location.

Food and person who took my order were nice but the girl at the second window was RUDE I was asked to park and in the middle of asking where their spots were she shut the window on me and shrugged he shoulders. I was not able to get her name but I remember she had a really strong eyeglass prescription if that narrows it down.

My family ordered our food. All most 50..00, set down and was there about 10 min lights go out gate locked, ans we had a 4yr.. old sound asleep, cold outside and i went up an ask for manager, yes we were tired been at hospital in wichita, with grandson, dad met me there to pick mom and son up, simply ask why lights went out, she very rudley said we close at 9, i am are not from there, i said you could have atleast left a light on so the kids could see to eat she flipped a light on as she was coming up, and informed me i could turn them off ,this light is all you get and walked off, her own employee looked at her with raised eye brows. I will say, and being nice, that lady has no business in customer service/ managment position… we will go to sonic from now on. Good luck if you go there around 9, as she said we close down.

Worst McDonald’s. Called me a liar over food they did NOT put in my bag. Drove home and back and said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t bring the entire order back that my kids had already started eating. Manager and cashier were no help at all either while they talked about me in Spanish as well and I understand everything.

Always and I mean always check your order. You pay a premium and expect to get your food. Don’t let them eat your food. Ordered a double quarter pounder and got no patties. This is what you get for using this Franchise.

Got here early and the lobby doors were locked 10 minutes early than they should have been, went threw drive threw and were ignored while another car went threw just fine then when we went threw the drive threw the girl was rude on the speaker. Definitely need better people working here…

This is the worst ran McDonald’s on the southeast side of town. Drive up to Webb and have a much better experience. This location needs a new manager and that manager needs to hire a whole new crew.
