Went here with 3 other people, the boils were mediocre. The crab legs were way over boiled and didnt Crack, they literally bent over, the lobster tail was rubbery from being over boiled, the shrimp was okay, the mussels were okay, the seasing was lacking in flavor. In fairness I did choose the garlic butter one. The other people we were with got pier 11 seasoning and it wasnt bad. So theirs was over cooked as well. We got there at 9pm. So we had hour till the closed but waitress took order, brought order and brought bill. Never offered refills on drinks. So makes me a little bitter we had to pay gratuity for a non existent server who barely spoke to us. Gratuity for 4 is insane. Ive heard of 6 or more but 4???? The bill was split, so between both checks this server got $45 in tips. No smile, no friendly conversation. Just what would you like to drink, do you know what you want, here’s your food, and here’s the bill but no rush……for $150 after the forced tip, i wouldve at least liked the food to be cooked correctly…..all in all will not be back. Best part of the experience is the fish tank and the cutest fish who kept me company, waiting to pay…..oh and they turned music off 25 mins to close, so we all had to hear ourselves chew. So icky

The boil bag was fantastic. Plenty of shrimp, corn was good, sausage was a little light but it was cheap so if you need more order a couple. The catfish? I can’t say best I’ve ever had, but I’ll admit I do not remember any better. Waitress was great, place was clean. Best part was the price was more than fair for what I got. What cost them two points was the automatic 18 percent tip on groups of 4 or more. I’ve seen it on parties of 8 or more, but never on groups of four. Once you auto charge me, you get what you took. In this case I was planning on giving him 20 percent, as he did a good job, so it ended up costing him a couple bucks. I’ve never seen applied gratuity for 4, and it will directly impact my frequency of return visits.

*****TERRIBLE***** They are lucky that I have to give one star at least because if I had the choice, I would give them zero stars this place has went downhill so badly. The server came order our food gave us our check, and that was it. We did not get a refill on our drinks. I literally had to share a drink with my child. Let’s not even get started on the food the Seafood boils were over oily and extremely over salted not even tolerable to eat The customer service from the I believe Manager the baldheaded guy was disgusting and disrespectful, and then he wonders why this Place barely gets any service now I see why. I pray that me and my family do not get sick from the lobster tails because I’m pretty sure they were not cleaned at all. The health department needs to inspect this place. The staff extremely disrespectful. They don’t care about no one but their money here. I will never be back here if there’s too many places in Columbus for this place to be this crappy.

I went in for lunch. They have lunch prices until 3 pm. There was no wait. I ordered 1/2lb shrimp boil (no heads) with cajun medium heat (medium was not hot, I would get hot next time). The shrimp was just a little overcooked. It was odd that there were noodles in the boil. They do have a full bar that seats about 10. The server was nice and greeted when I entered. There was plenty of parking.

This was in general not good. When we first walked in, kinda smelled fishy. I thought, odd, but they serve fish, so ok….. Good fish restaurants should not smell fishy.
Ordered the raw oysters, bad idea. Still smelled a bit off, didn’t taste great, and they had them wrapped in plastic. Very odd. When eating raw oysters any smell or ‘unique’ flavor is a bad thing.
The seafood boil was ok, but under seasoned. In general, I didn’t get sick, I was afraid I would. The food was ok. But there are so many better places within just a few miles. I will not be back.

YUMMY!! Perfect amount, no leftovers. Cooked perfectly. Margarita strong but not too strong. Server was very nice and attentive without being overbearing.

The server was not knowledgeable re: the menu. The food tasted good, but then my family was sick the next day. According to the cook, the seafood/ fish is delivered fresh once a week, but then frozen. Parking is easy. There is a children’s menu.

We had the seafood boil for two. It tasted great and the raw oysters were nice and salty fresh! But the shrimp for my boil was not devaind which was very nasty I felt like I was eating shrimp poop!! Nasty dark vains!!!

Had higher hopes. We ordered the country boil, didn’t receive 1/2 pound of crab, just one extremely small cluster. You can get bigger and better at Kroger. The corn was mushy like it sat for days in a pot of water. Sauce was good, as were the hush puppies and fries. Would have given another star for food had we not been shorted. Bathrooms are horrendous. Mold in toilets and all over the stall walls.

The food was really good, cooked well and seasoned well. I just needed more of it. I had crawfish with an egg, potato and corn. Pier 11 sauce hot extra hot. Very good. Service was friendly and professional. The restaurant is always very clean and well kept. This is my favorite location.
