I love this place. I eat here about 5-7 days per week. However today Fernanda didn’t give me the soup cup that comes with lunch orders “bc I placed the order before 11 am, as per her watch; however, she wrote 11:00 on the upper left corner on the attached guest check. I will reduced its reasonable price from her tip.

went this evening, recommend their chicken enchiladas!!! hadn’t been here in years, definitely missed the home made food like. Good service by young lady. Forgot to mention there chips and salsa are delicious.

Was craving a botana but not many places have just for one it’s always 2 or more. This did so we came here. I came with my parents and I ordered a botana for 1 chicken only. My dad had a burger and my mom a chile relleno. First off the food tasted great the chicken was soft and most and had great taste. The grill onions and peppers were good too. This was only time I could remember that I add them to my taco. My parents love there food too. Service was good always checking on us. The atmosphere was good and quiet which is how I like it.

My parents and I went for breakfast to see how it is. We got there like at 10am, It was busy, not super busy but busy enough. The wait service was slow don’t know if server was new or they didn’t have enough people. She was nice though. Food was ok it’s was not bad but I’ve had better. 3 out of 5 stars
This place was great. From the food to service. In my opinion the food had a better taste then Zamoras. They also said the mornings it’s always packed because of there breakfast.

Today around 2:15pm.
This is very disturbing to find out that this is not any ordinary restaurant like others. My little 3 girl dropped her chocolate milk by accident and my wife quickly got up to assist with what she could by getting the Caution Sign cone and brought it close by our table where the spill was. Little did we know the waitress had charged us 2x for the accidental chocolate milk spill without letting us know. When we check the bill we asked our waitress about the extra chocolate milk and she said for us to speak with the manager upfront at the cashier charging people. So we did that and the manager told us that they charged us the extra chocolate milk as a refill!! We explained calmly and nicely that other restaurants do do that and would be bad customer service for accidentals on the customers and explained that the waitress did not disclose that neither about the extra charge and still the manager just looked down and cold blooded just refused to remove that extra charge… this is unexceptional for a restaurant to do this to their loyalty customers but this was the last straw we take from them because every time we go we have the same issues. We are no longer going back to them. Wanted to let everyone know around the valley to beware and know what they are walking into.

We’ve been going to Danny’s restaurant for almost a decade (10) never had a bad experience till today; got to go order of barbacoa tacos w/American cheese and they were very greasy and had hardly any meat in them when they’ve been nicely served in the past; had lots of fat too, greasy was pooled in the bottom of the plate and tortillas were absolutely soaked to the point they fell apart, ….wife had machacado Alamex and 2nd taco had not even an egg portion of filling. We’ll continue to go to Danny’s because we love it so much, but hopefully it gets back to what we’ve had before ❤️

Danny’s has good food but a couple of the waitress are very rude ridiculous attitude towards certain customers and just turning their heads not wanting to look you in the face. One thing I can say is if these workers don’t have good people skills then they shouldn’t be there. They make business look bad

The one star for this place is reserved for the waitress who served us….make not the mistake we made, there is better food elsewhere.
We stopped here on a whim…my wife and I would always pass by it do we decided to finally try to our regret.
I had the enchiladas and a carne guisada taco..my wife was craving a chimichanga style burrito, covered in chili sauce. Well, my carne guisada was bland in the taco, along with the rice and beans. The enchiladas were decent. My wife literally said that their chimichanga was basically a Stripes burrito covered in sauce with cheese. Not the best recommendation…I tasted it and agreed.
To top it off…I ordered a small menudo. Check the photo ..I was almost done with it when surprise! There was a small piece of paper from a Sweet N Low packet hiding out in the bottom…I understand accidents can happen but it seems like these are patterns here and not accidents. The waitress asked if I wanted another menudo… really? Will it come with another sugar packet? How about offering to take it off my tab? Nope…
RIP to the original founder of the place… unfortunately this place does not do anything for his legacy.

Ho-hum service. Had to comment tho,, the complimentary chips glossy with cooking oil, literally dripped off a few. Silly me, so I order chalupas. Again the corn tortilla was floating the hamburger in oil. Won’t be back.

My husband and I met here for breakfast. We’ve been to same restaurant different location and enjoyed the food in the past. This one location is really needing an update. As you walk in there are several tiles missing on the floor and they have a wet sign sitting on the area. I assume so people don’t trip. You can tell it’s been like that for a while. Being that there is not just one tile missing more like 6 to 8 tiles. As for customer service they were not rude. But not really friendly. Very serious looks on their faces. Could at least fake a smile. While we were eating someone decided to start cleaning with a very strong cleaning solution. (One of my pet peeves.) I don’t know anyone who likes to smell cleaning stuff like Fabuloso etc…while trying to enjoy and savor the food. These are some of the reasons that we will not be going back. You can tell they have regular clientele that might not mind. But if they would like more stopping by. They should consider making some positive changes.

Great place for breakfast! We didn’t have time to try lunch but if it is as good as breakfast was, just go. Breakfast portions are great size, all homemade to order and delicious. The wait staff is great as well. We ate there 2 days in a row! I had the huevos ranchero plate and a chorizo and egg taco the first time and then 3 chorizo, egg and cheese tacos the second time. I could barely eat all. If I ever find myself in the area again I’ll definitely go back.
