Here’s a fact – I’ve eaten more pie than any person you know or know of. Now here’s an opinion – these are the best pies you can get your hands on. I don’t care where you’re from in Jersey, PA, NY, etc. These are better than any place that’s probably coming to your mind right now. Trust me, I’ve tried pies from countless places in all three states and nothing comes close to Pie Girl. Be it the crust, filling, or toppings, everything is beyond exceptional.& if that wasn’t enough, they also have sensational cakes, blondies, brownies, and even sandwiches. Some may quibble that the shop is only open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays, but that’s only because they have such a robust wholesale business. Regardless, it’s worth the trip, effort, calories, and money. In short – believe the hype!

Such a cute little shop and filled with so many goodies.Chelsea makes such great pies and little treats. I’ve never had pie crust as good as hers. Flaky and crunchy. I wish I could just buy it. The interior of the shop is adorable. And she has such a cool selection of drinks as well as treats. You never know what you’re going to get that day and it might be your new favorite thing. Her salted honey, lavender pie and blueberry pie have to be my favorites! If you can’t make it over to the shop you’re sure to find some of her delicious pies and quiches at the baker’s Grove in Shrewsbury! Everything is fresh. You can also sometimes get sandwiches. Everything she does is thought out and she puts a little bit of love in each goodie

On a technical level they were the best I’ve ever had, truly textbook.
