They apparently believe that it’s OK to put a burnt pizza in a box and have it delivered that way. They told me that they got busy and lost track of time, but they still put it in the box and sent it out instead of just remaking it. I waited over an hour for a burnt pizza to be delivered. I wish I would’ve taken a pic of the burnt slices they served us! I see that I’m not the only one that has received burned pizza from Pie Hole on Broadway! The pieces were all black, can’t believe they decided to serve us such horrible looking pizza. What’s worse is that when I complained about it being burnt, they made us new slices that were worse than the first ones served to us! Their reply when I voiced displeasure was that’s how their pizza is supposed to be! Definitely trying to mess with us! That whole crew should be fired, never going there again, and letting everyone I know they shouldn’t either!

If you’re just looking for a quick slice of pizza at a cheap price this is the place. It’s not authentic style but looking and the building I believe the rent there is alright. They get busy when there is a BSU game going on as there place is location location location across from BSU stadium at Albertsons stadium.EDIT time.sorry but the address is 1016 s Broadway Boise

I can’t imagine anyone coming for the ambiance. That said, the staff were patient with me while I decided what I wanted and ordered. I ended up getting a whole pizza instead of slices. The pizza was really good. If I end up in this area again, I will definitely come get another. Also, they are open late which is great for me as I often don’t arrive until late.

Update: 12/10/2025. Still amazing as ever and worth it to stop in. The best service and best pizza around. I went out of my way on a multi-state road trip just to get a whole pie to take home.
