The gentleman waiting on me was nice. I watched the checkout person lift the container and then the edge of a tortilla to see what was inside……with barehands! I asked for a veggie bowl and was served the equivalent of 5 green peppers, when I asked for queso he told me it was extra, I asked how much, he said it was a $1.70 and that the guacamole was an additional up charge. It’s a veggie bowl! I’m not sure what I was paying for, a pile of rice? Having to ask for extra lettuce which is usually the case when I get to the end. Now by time I get to the end, it’s $16. For what? I’m not willing. I walked across the parking lot to the grocery store, got myself some organic queso, some organic beans, and inorganic bag of Caesar salad. $13.00 and I’ve got two meals.

Just left this location. I love the food but this location has employees with an attitude. The employee who takes your order has a bad attitude and she expresses her feelings right in front of you while you are giving g her your order. Once again I love the food but this location needs an employee overhaul.

Many times this location is completely out of more than 1 item, sometimes 4-5. Yesterday they were out of Chicken, Steak and veggies. No other Chipotle is this poorly staffed, the Prescott Valley location is excellent not the Prescott one. They often can hardly roll a burrito. Drive to the PV location and skip this location.

Order my usual burrito with the extra cheese, double wrap extra sour cream, extra corn salsa and they went like 10 times the amount on the extras and were giggling when I picked it up. I’m gonna call and see if I can get it replaced but… come on guys this is like a 15 dollar burrito not some play thing for you to screw around with. I appreciate the 4lb burrito (yeah 4lbs on the food scale) but come on guys this is my dinner for the day

Very clean restaurant. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The food smelled so awesome. However, the line was too long. Maybe next time. UPDATE: I went back and got a steak salad. It is really good, but the server gave me a small amount of steak cubes. I had to dig and dig to find the steak—it was like looking for a prize in a box of Cracker Jacks. They were out of chips and it was only 5:30 PM.

This is the last time I go to this Chipotle. Every time I come here the container is so soggy it falls out of the bag. I have no time to eat my lunch now during my break because I have to clean up the mess this made in the office.
Bag ripped on me when I opened the door, I could barely pick up the bowl because it was so soggy and then it dripped all over the office. I should’ve learned the last time but I figured I’d try it. Well this is the last time.
The music is too loud in there and the service is slow because they always have 1 person running food when the line is our the door during lunch time.
The staff is hard working and kind which is the only perk here it seems.

Hands-down, worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Every time I walk into the store and believe me I only do because it’s the only one near me, I wonder what will they be out of today? How will they screw up my order? What weird new policy will they have?
Today I watched them turn down at least 100 customers in the dining room because they decided to only accept orders made on the app.
Maybe quit trying to be a tech company and get back to the business of selling food?

Food is good if you can get any! They’re always out of food… No vegetables available, beans are low, the last dregs of meat looks like they’ve been in there for hours. They don’t seem in a hurry to replenish the trays.

The hours here are incredibly lazy, closing at 7pm is way too early for the area especially on the weekends. The nearby Taco Bell has a line in their drive through until 10pm. Other Mexican restaurants nearby are open much later than this, too, with Rilibertos even being open 24 hrs. Many won’t be surprised when this location shuts down.
