Got the High Five on thin crust with an Italian salad. Pizza lives and dies on the crust IMO and this one died. The crust was so dry that it ripped when spreading it. Had the taste and consistency of a Waterton cracker. The sausage was not good either. The salad in the other hand was quite tasty and the staff was very friendly. Pizza – zero stars.

Terrible service. Just young kids, shy and laughing behind the counter. No dough but one kind to choose from, drink machine down, almost out of stock on everything, waited as employees were in the back laughing on how to tell us about the service and the thing they were iut of. Nicole, who helped us and stayed out up front as the other young employees stayed in the back. Great way to handle yourself Nicole in such type work establishment.

I drove all the way with my kids after checking that they close at 10 PM. We arrived at 9:52 PM, only to be turned away. Despite the clearly posted closing time being 10 PM, the staff refused to serve us. Jackie claimed that management requires them to shut off the oven at 9:45 PM and said this was written on the door—but I checked, and there was absolutely nothing stating that.
This is incredibly disrespectful to customers. If they stop service at 9:45, they should update their hours on Google and on the door. Don’t mislead people and waste their time. It’s unprofessional, inconsiderate, and honestly just bad business.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and honesty.

This was literally the 2nd time I’d ever been to a Pie five. The first time was at the location 7th Street in FTW. I had such a pleasant experience I wanted to go back( but was closer to this location) Huge disappointment on every level. The place was an absolute dump. The employees were so unprofessional, ( food was good). There was even a 1 page handwritten sign posted on the drink machines saying “don’t steal the drinks” and had the prices listed. I don’t think this location will be around long. if I visited this location first I’d NEVER Be Back. It is clearly subpar in every way. Good luck with winning clients with that awkward sign.

This is a unique and fun place to get a pizza. The toppings are fresh and delicious. We always enjoy a pie here. This location was especially clean and the staff was well trained and very courteous. We will be back here for sure.
