My chicken sandwich had almost NO chicken. I have been to this location many times and it has never been this bad. I am so upset I paid $10 for a chicken sandwich with so little chicken it should be fraud to even call it that.

Friendly staff and great food. If you are driving to this place, parking is a beast. There are a few 15 min free parking spots, but the city paid parking meters don’t make this the most inviting of places to drive to. There is plenty of parking in various garages, don’t know how much those cost to use.

I had ordered a delivery order from this location and the delivery time was stated to be dropped off at 9:54pm which is pretty close to when they close which i understand so i was feeling nervous about them delivering the food on time. Immediately after the clock hit 9:54 I received a phone call from pickleman’s and they claimed that it was a pickup order and I needed to be there before they close. which is very unrealistic considering how close they were to closing. they didn’t give me any other option but to show up so after i spent 30 dollars on two sandwich’s i thought i better. i was very upfront with the person on the phone and even told her to leave my order outside so they could go home with no worries. i thought i made it very clear i was currently on my way to get my food and i would be there because i literally ended the phone call with “okay sounds good we are on our way see you soon”. anyways we show up and all of the workers are holding their belongings and walking to their cars. cool! so i pull up to grab my order only to find a worker driving off with our food. my boyfriend thankfully ran out of the car and stopped him before he pulled away and stated that he seemed confused that we even asked for our order back. the food was all correct i will give them that but i was very very upset and disappointed with this locations behaviour. i hope this never happens again to another customer because they might do more than just leave a negative review. do better.

I have ordered at this location dozens of time with no incident but today I placed an order for delivery at 11:38am. Over an hour later and after 3 calls to check in on the order, I had to forcefully asked for a refund. After sharing with the manager of the issue, and that I am literally 4 blocks from the store, he continue to push that the “uber driver” was in the area. Mind you that was I was told the same thing 30 mintues earlier. I will check to see if my refund goes through tomorrow.
Update: The uber driver showed up 1 hour and 15minutes after I placed the order, the soup & sandwhich were cold and I told him to take it back to the store. He look dazed like he didn’t know what was wrong.

Horrible customer service every time. Canceled order after 2.5 hrs with no show. Last delivery was also very late and the pizza was delivered cold and vertically.

Came in for lunch the guy working with a beard said hello but after that was not very friendly! Tried to have a lil convo because we was the only customers there at 11am one of asked for onion on the sandwich and his response was it’s not been cut yet his whole attitude said I don’t like my job or don’t wanna be here he’s not friendly nor enjoyable to interact with! Will go to another location next time!
