Ordered the #5 (selected no bacon by accident) and the sandwich was very sparse. 1 piece of meat per side. After calling the store back to figure out what was going on they said this is a normal serving. Very disappointed and upset that I paid $10 for this.

TURNS OUT…the half sandwiches are really just 25 %
NOT made on the good Picklemans bread. But a soup roll.
So for 2 dollars more I could have had a giant delicious sandwich.

My other two times being delivered my fiance and I split a whole sandwich and two bowls of soup and even being delivered it was hot and delicious.

Things we can do better on: 1). Customer service – no greetings or exit thank you’s, no touching tables for feedback, unhappy staff. 2). Atmosphere & store cleanliness – men’s bathroom atrocious, significant dust buildup, lights out, soda area soiled and stained, floors unswept and not mopped in weeks. 3). Leadership – out of uniform employees, workers openly complaining about having to work, area manager (or head boss) walking around barking orders but providing no example of leadership or coaching.
Honestly tried to find things we were doing well at. I’ll be back in 3 months for another more in depth store report.

I think every Pickleman’s I’ve eaten at is clean. However, the actual store atmosphere varies by location; some of the locations are super-unique and neat, whereas, others can be a bit plain and dull.
Every store I’ve frequented has friendly staff, though, and the food is consistently good!

West Broadway Pickleman’s, Columbia, MO … Pleasant, clean atmosphere. Nice, clean bathroom. Amazing, fresh toasted veggie sandwich! With avocado spread. Plus you can add extra toppings with no upcharge! Great prices! Worlds best chocolate chip cookie! Coke products. Friendly, professional staff! Hard to come by these days. Greatly appreciated. My new favorite place for a quick, delicious, healthy vegetarian/vegan (if you skip the mayo) lunch!

Pickleman’s is my favorite sub shop in town. Penn station is a close second, Jimmy Johns doesn’t compare. I like that I can get pizza on a night my family wants sandwiches, or I can choose the healthy route and get a lettuce wrap sub. Usually pretty quick to get in and out and staff are friendly.

This was my first time here, as I entered I went up to what I assumed was the front to order. I was told to go to another area to order. When I got there I told the worker it was my first time and asked for recommendations, he was not the type to suffer fools. Apparently I was a blight to his day. After ordering I waited for my food. I had a Italian club, half a pickle and a cookie. The sandwich was cut in half with the red onions spilling onto my cookie. I like red onions, but not with chocolate chips. The sandwich was decent. The bathrooms were in need of attention.

Hot subs, fresh salads and tasty soups. I love their Asiago Chicken Sandwich absolutely the best. I also have had their Chipotle Chicken and their Chicken Giadiniera, are so tasty. Looking forward to trying more subs from here, I actually like how they toast them here. Never had them delivered to me, so I don’t know the actual reliability or accuracy of their delivery time.

Food showed up inedible. Delivery extremely late, which I’m sure is the reason food is bad. When spoke to restaurant, they said “first Uber cancelled on them, waiting on next uber.” My thing is, If you don’t have ability to deliver just been honest about it, before you wasted hour and half of my time, as well as $25 down the drain
