One of my go-to spots in Lago Vista. The Pad Thai is delicious, as are ALL of the curries. The green curry is a great spicy dish, and massaman curry has a lovely sweet/savory flavor profile. The chicken fried rice is always a hit with the kids. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Thai food and you’re in the area.

The wait time after ordering was around 35–40 minutes, exactly as they told us, and it was absolutely worth it! The food is delicious, authentic, and packed with flavor. Every bite tastes fresh and carefully prepared. The Hot Chicken Basil and Fried Rice were excellent. Definitely worth the visit!

I’m in Food Truck haven! Ordered Cashew Çhicken and it is absolutely delicious. Chicken, cashews, peppers, onions, celery, Thai peppers and rice. So good I couldn’t wait to eat it. I’ll be coming back to try a different entree soon.

My wife and I visited the Pick Thai food truck in Lago Vista while on a mid-week road trip…another Wow! We ordered the Pad See You and pork egg rolls. The food is amazing, so much so that we went back for round 2 two days later. Highly recommend if you’re in Lago Vista!

Thai food is probably my all-time favorite food. I love the variety and flavors.
I had low expectations for this foodcart being in a small town.
However, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the variety and the quality. They offered all my traditional favorites, and everything tasted wonderful. Where I am usually disappointed is the mango sticky rice. Most places are out, or it just tastes ok. This place…well let’s just say I ordered several over the few days I was in town. Superb! Service, price, quality all an A++ on my list!

Pick Thai has surpassed our expectations each and every time we go there. The only issue is they are so good the line can get longer at times, but that is a good thing to know so many people enjoy it.

One of our Favorite spots in Lago for take out. Everything is very flavorful. My husband favors the drunken noodle and I like the chicken pad Thai and the cashew chicken. Don’t forget to try a Thai Tea!
