Every time I come in the lady at the front register does this to my order. Every single time. Just throws it in and makes a huge mess all over the bag the box and the lunch. I get the hint, I’ll take my money elsewhere

Stopped by Chipotle today and it was honestly pretty disappointing. They were completely out of steak, chicken, and even rice — which is kind of the core of the whole place. I was told it was because of a large catering order, but as a regular customer walking in, that’s frustrating.
What made it worse was that several of the young employees were just standing around talking while customers were waiting and options were basically nonexistent. No sense of urgency and no effort to communicate or make it right.
It also felt like there was a clear lack of oversight or management on the floor. No one seemed to be directing the team, updating customers, or taking ownership of the situation. I get that things happen and big orders come in, but running out of your main ingredients and not actively managing the impact on in-store customers isn’t a great look.
Hopefully they can tighten things up.

consistently the WORST customer service i have ever experienced anywhere. unfortunately, this is the closest location to my work and the team comes here for lunch sometimes. These are truly the most miserable workers. i don’t know how they sleep at night. The service is horrendous and the food is terrible. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant on Earth, this location is the worst restaurant in America. will be making the drive to go to a different chipotle. it’s honestly shameful of them. absolutely shocking and appalling.

Just walked out of chipotle, on Friday- February 7 at about 2 the women working the line was very rude and uninviting serving up not very cheap food. She also barely gave me anything compared to the guy next to me, when never hearing him ask for any extra.. I got a tiny portion last time as well, and the prices fluctuate like I’ll pay a certain amount sometimes then I’m over charged when only getting a bowl with the same meat every time. The food also wasn’t that great, good thing I got a small portion though..

Will be avoiding this location going forward. The person making our food had to start over, which happens. Understandable. Then, he reached for the wrong ingredients several more times. I asked for double chicken on one and ended up with beef barbacoa but didn’t realize until I got home because there were several employees screaming at an ear piercing pitch in the back room while I was ordering. I was so caught off-guard I didn’t notice we didn’t get chicken and just wanted to leave. The employees continued to scream several more times. I ordered two burritos, one veggie and one double chicken. I’m vegetarian and the 2nd burrito was for someone who doesn’t eat beef. Won’t visit again, which is sad because it’s in a great location.

The service here was appalling, all thanks to an incredibly rude employee. Her dismissive attitude and eye-rolling made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. She refused to serve me white rice, even though it was being made right behind her. To make matters worse, my friend’s rice was watery and completely flavorless, and I found a hair in my food. Avoid this Chipotle if you value decent service and quality food.

Ordered a kids meal for my son because he LOVES these chips right, … go to pick up the order and the bag is missing the kids drink and the small bag of chips right off the bat. I ask for them and rudely tossed a large bag of chips from the togo packing girl staring into space. Oh well. Win for us. .. until i get home and check the rest of the “sealed for quality”order to realize my son’s order was missing the protein completely and the side of torts to make his tacos. I then have to drive back l to have the manager remake the order properly.. THEN .. the manager kindly gives me “free” corn salsa.. whoo!! but proceeds to forget the PROTEIN AGAIN. .. all we wanted is what is on the ticket i payed for. .. and it was a nightmare to accommodate.

I ate here 5 days ago. Left the review at the wrong store. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene at this location. Tables were dirty and not being wiped down. I also witnessed a cashier digging through the trash can to get a trash bag, then going back to the counter and touching customer cups and filling the ice machine without washing their hands. This is very concerning and unacceptable for a food service establishment. Proper sanitation and customer safety need to be taken more seriously here

This literally was the worst Chipotle ever. I eat Chipotle multiple times a month and often at this location. Tonight the rice was off, the fajita mix was old and cold, the side tortillas were just slapped in the foil and crumpled up in a ball. Not to mention the attitude of the the girl fixing the food. Horrible food tonight!
