Came here on a Saturday for an early dinner for the first time. We chose to sit outside. Atmosphere was pleasant. Our server was very attentive. I ordered the chicken saporito, daughter a personal pizza & SO mussels/meatballs. We all enjoyed our food & will come back again to try other dishes on the menu.

We were 14 parents of incoming college freshman meeting for the first time, and Piccolo Trattoria was perfect for us. We had a long table in a private back room that opened to the kitchen and was quite charming. The communication for planning ahead of time was very attentive, and the service that night was also extremely attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options, so everyone found something they liked. Definitely recommend! Note that like most, this restaurant is BYOB, but there is a wine store right around the corner!

Overall, 4.3/5. Solid pizza, would definitely eat again. Great customer service and clean establishment. Plain Sicilian cheese could have used a little more flavor, garlic knots were a bit saturated with oil but fluffy on the inside baked to perfection. Pepperoni pizza was a little floppy (should have asked for a little extra crisp). Brooklyn vodka slice was the best of the 3, crisp and flavorful.

If I could give Piccolos 10 starts I would ! We have had Piccolos catering services for a couple of large parties over the past couple of years . They went above and beyond every expectations we ever had . From the moment of the first phone call, the menu planning , event set up and clean up, it was pure ease and professional. The food was completely incredible . The presentation of the food was amazing . I could hear my guests complimenting the food throughout the entire party as I was mingling . The staff were genuinely happy to serve and just made everyone feel comfortable and happy . I can not wait for our next event because I know who I am going to call! Piccolos !

I came on a Monday at 4pm so naturally, the restaurant wasn’t busy. Staff were friendly and attentive and food arrived quickly. The pasta is delicious, well cooked and hearty portions. The salad was fresh and I like how pasta entrees come with side salads as default. The prices here are very good and overall, this is a great place that serves great quality food with good prices. I would recommended coming here, especially since there is a wide selection.

We were out of towners from Utah and was told to go to this place to eat. I am sure glad we did. This place has such amazing food down to the dinner salad. Every time we go to new Jersey we now have to go here. Food is good the waiters are awesome, atmosphere is great. Just a good place to eat.

I’d planned a birthday party for my 15 year old and three hours before it was to take place, I was told we couldn’t be accommodated. I was panicked and started asking other parents fir suggestions. Someone suggested Piccolo Trattoria. I called told the hostess my problem, I was put in hold for less than 30 seconds and then told they could accommodate us! When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly hostess and the tables were all set and ready. Our lead server Sara was awesome and the food was reasonably priced, served quickly and delicious! Thank you all so very much. My son had a blast!
