Earlier nice staff in the morning. I asked what their hours of operation are. The lady said they close at 8 pm. On the door it said 9 pm. Stopped back by and closed at 5 pm. See the posted signs.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash early in the morning before heading to college. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order, and I realized I had accidentally placed it at the Port Wentworth location instead. It had already been a long morning, and I was honestly ready to just accept the loss and move on.
But Grace stepped in and went above and beyond to help me get my items. Her kindness and willingness to help completely turned my morning around. She was truly the best, and I’m so grateful for her great customer service. Thank you, Grace!

just left this Dunkin’ Donuts location ten minutes ago, and I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I walked inside thinking it would be faster than the drive-through, but I was wrong. There was only one person ahead of me, yet I waited while employees clocked out in front of customers and chatted across the counter. Not one person greeted me or even acknowledged I was there.

After patiently waiting about 15 minutes, I got tired of standing and sat down. From where I was sitting, I could clearly see employees behind the counter on their phones, showing no interest in serving customers. So I left the store and went to the drive-through, hoping for better service — only to be told there was no manager on duty. That explains a lot.

This location has been here for years, but today’s staff showed zero professionalism, care, or urgency. All I wanted was a simple double shot espresso, but I left with nothing but disappointment.

Came for my friends birthday, we repeated our order twice (my friend) and three times for me and it was still rung in and messed up wrong. We ordered a large Matcha and a medium iced Chai (I will admit, the Chai did have mods, but thats why we repeated it to her so many times when we were asked.) But they were both rung in as coffees. So I had a craving for a chocolate doughnut. I went to Dunkin on Park Ave in Pooler. I was shocked after i opened the bag. It looked like someone had ate these doughnuts and threw them back up. I called the store and I asked for a manager. They told me there was not a manager tonight on their shift. I explained to the young man on the phone what the issue was and how the food looked. He said sorry thats just how they have all looked today. I would surely like to know where the manager was when they are serving food that looks like this!! And if the food looks like this imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be!! This company really must not care what their employees are serving customers or they would have some type of manager or supervisor on shift. Dunkin you have lost me for good this time!!!

Stopped in at 9am before our sales meeting today. I went inside and got an assorted dozen. The line went really quick and the doughnuts were extremely fresh. They were so good I forgot to snap a before picture before we almost ate all of them!

Heads up! They close the inside of the Dunkin’ at 5PM? Even though there’s nothing about that online, and the shop doesn’t fully close until 8PM.

We were redirected to the drive-thru, even though it was a few minutes until it would have been 5PM.. whatever. We ordered and you have to annunciate at any drive-thru to make sure they take your order correctly. Ordered something with a French Vanilla swirl. The girl repeated “French Vanilla swirl.” She replaced it with butter pecan.. does Butter Pecan sounds anything like French Vanilla?

I’m not upset, I will live. It just sucks that customer service isn’t a priority. I work a customer service job at a mall, I know it’s tiring but that’s literally your job to provide at least DECENT service. I didn’t feel welcomed, and I probably will choose another Dunkin’ Donuts, and you should too!

I have to come inside after they gave us a frozen in the middle red pepper grilled cheese sandwich, and for what seems to be a simple order they took longer than expected. I was surprised by the conditions of the salon I understand this location is really busy but take somebody who really care to at least clean up the counter and donuts and on the open if this is how they got the overall areas other than drink I won’t ask for any food.

Madisyn was making a frozen s’mores coffee and I had it remade twice . the first time it was just coffee and wasn’t filled up but half way and had no whip cream , chocolate syrup or the graham cracker topping . I asked for it to be remade and specifically stated that it was missing chocolate syrup and whip cream and the topping . I got the second drink and it had no topping , no chocolate syrup. Instead it has whip cream with caramel drizzle? will never come back here .

I came to this location asking for a hot chocolate and was told their espresso machine was off at 7:50 PM and asked if they could use milk instead of water and was told their espresso machine was off… why would a coffee shop shut their espresso machine off an hour before close
