We went for our family gathering as we are regularly go to le Pacha boat. We have been to all the restaurants there and this time we had an amazing experience at “Piccolo Mondo” and the food was amazing. We had the endive salad, mushroom soup, fettucine al funghi, penne Le pacha and scallopine de Vitello. Then enjoyed some of le pacha’s signature deserts; nougatine, halwa le pacha and lazy cake: which was heavenly.
Service is great as always and I would like to specifically thank Mina! He kept up with our endless frequent requests and all with a smile and great attitude.

Took my husband for a birthday lunch there and I totally enjoyed it. I told the staff that I wanted to have a table by the nile cause I specified it in my booking to surprise my husband . However, they could not secure one but they were too nice to surprise him with a dessert thank you for paying attention to the details and special thank you to the staff ❤️
The food was so good and portions were okay too
I enjoyed the vibes of the place so much as well

We had little expectations for this place but we definitely enjoyed the food there!

The ambience was also nice as the decorations are similar to italy’s streets

The place can be quite busy at night so make sure you reserve in advance, it is located at the bottom floor of a cruise called Le Pacha 1901
Totally Recommended

We loved the place!! As we are living abroad, we were looking for an authentic place with a view that is not overrated. And this was the right place. The food was tasty and the service was magnificent. They even surprised me with a birthday cake as far as they knew it’s my birthday. We really loved the gesture.
Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Very cozy restaurant on the Nile, however reservation is required to get the best seating , especially if you sit near the window over looking the nile river
They serve authentic Italian dishes of high quality ingredients. I like pizza alot , give it 100/10 , but pasta The taste was a little bit weak though , the service was very good , ‍ was very friendly & nice person ✨
Prices little bit expensive ( per person from 800 to 1000 L.E)

DO NOT GO HERE. I am genuinely furious writing this. From the second we walked in, the attitude was disgusting. The host was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience for simply existing. We politely asked to sit by the window. He immediately said it was reserved. Fine. We understood.

Then a few minutes later, another couple was first seated next to us. They asked if they could move to the window and suddenly it was available. No hesitation. No reservation issue. They were taken there immediately. They were white, and it absolutely felt like we were treated differently because of that. The switch-up was instant. The inconsistency was blatant. It genuinely felt racist and discriminatory. There is no other way to explain being told something is unavailable, only to watch it suddenly become available for someone else moments later.

Then the food came, and somehow it got worse. We ordered the ravioli and the Margherita pizza. The ravioli was completely bland, like they forgot seasoning exists. The pizza was soggy, undercooked, and had zero flavor. It tasted lazy. It tasted careless. It felt like no effort was put into it at all.

At that point we were done. Completely done. We asked for the bill. And we waited. And waited. Around ten minutes passed while there were multiple employees walking around doing absolutely nothing. Standing around. Talking. Moving slowly. Somehow no one could bring a simple bill. We asked again. “It’s coming.” Still nothing.

But the second they brought out a cake with a candle that we NEVER ordered, suddenly they were quick. That came out immediately. And right after the cake was placed on the table, magically the bill appeared. So it doesn’t take long when it benefits them. It only takes long when you’re trying to leave.

That cake was clearly a tactic to inflate the bill and squeeze more money out of us. It was not a “nice gesture.” It was a calculated move to add extra charges. I accepted it in the moment just to avoid causing a scene, but of course it was added to the bill. Convenient.

And as if that wasn’t enough, they charged us for pouring water into our glasses. It was charged as a 1.5L bottle when in reality we only received two glasses, and they were clearly rotating the same plastic bottles between tables and other guests. They also charged a cover fee just to sit down. A cover fee just to sit. It felt like every single part of the experience was designed to extract as much money as possible while giving the bare minimum in return.

Places like this are exactly what give Egypt a bad reputation when it comes to scamming people. It’s embarrassing. Rude staff. Terrible food. Suspicious billing tactics. Treatment that felt discriminatory. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability.

I have never felt this disrespected at a restaurant. Save yourself the anger, the frustration, and the feeling of being taken advantage of. Do not go here.

A nice restaurant especially if you sit near the window over looking the nile river. The service is excellent they did their best to serve us and were very nice and polite. The food was bland. Everything was clean but the taste is not the best. And poorly decorated dishes

When you come in a date
You expect the staff to be more friendly
However they weren’t even the average friendly .
Reservation is bad , you cant reserve a certain table even if its on a definite time period
The food was outstanding
Decorations are delightful
The view was amazing which we actually got to see after 2 hours when a table directly on the nile view was available.
Its a beautiful place sadly the people there aren’t helpful enough even with giving couples good photos for memories .

The chicken lemon dressing wasn’t good. The sea food pasta wasn’t delicious. Pizza Quattro fromage was perfect. The risotto was ok. The waiter wasn’t friendly. Prices expensive and they kept saying we have to leave as they have reservations on 6.30 and we left at 7 and the restaurant was almost empty
