Dialed back more homestyle-type pizza. The flavors were pretty good. Service was fine. We just didn’t dig the crust or the breadsticks and cheese sticks. Anything with bread. We weren’t feeling the bread.

Ordered a pizza over the phone, they never asked me for my name, they said to wait 40min minutes to pick up, when I get there the order was never placed. They apologize, and they said to give them 20min, after 20min got my pizza a bit burn and they never really did anything to make up for the lost time or mess up order.

The pizza was okay here. The crust wasn’t so good. The overall flavor of the pizza wasn’t bad. The night I was there that had some trouble with the oven, so maybe they had affected the texture of the crust. I was going to give them another chance, but I never made it back there. They had the fans going in the dining area pretty high on a knot so warm day, so I changed my order from a dine-in to go. The staff there were very friendly and they didn’t pressure you when I wasn’t sure what I wanted since it was my first time now.

We ordered large pizza seems like they didn’t put enough sauces cause there were not visible but the toppings were good. Our 3 orders of wings were over cooked very dry kids wouldn’t even eat it super disappointing! the quality of food seems to be declining and we usually order every other week. Been giving chances to see if it’s better due to excuses of being busy ,shortage of supply Etc.. Trying to keep it local but I think we’re just going to do not go back list for now. Food is just becoming to be more disappointing way too often & money wasted. On a good note the staff were super friendly just wished they get it together cause they’re loosing regular customers.

Always good pizza. But…I tried calling about 16 times, was ALWAYS busy! I really wanted my pizza delivered, I live in Empire and I REALLY wanted pizza! I called a restaurant across the street to see if Picci’s was open. She said yes, so I drove down, walked in to ask about their phone, it was off the hook. But as soon as they hung it up, people started calling. Another customer came in and said the same thing. Ordered my pizza, they didn’t offer a discount for the trouble. I waited, then went home. But, GOOD PIZZA!!!!!!!

Best pizza! Love it! Only thing to change is the lady who must be owner… very poor choice of words while customers are there. She needs to take a class in Being an owner. Was mean to the staff right in front of us. The poor guy in back was trying to do everything yet all he heard was negativity. Will still go for pizza.

The pizza is really good but I’m tired of them screwing up the order. It’s not even a special order, just directly off the menu. We live way up the mountain, it’s not exactly convenient to bring it all the way back down and wait around (sometimes as long as an hour for some reason?) to get another pizza.
When my husband comes home with a veggie pizza that has sausage crumbled all throughout it and ham on it, and this definitely not being the first time my veggie pizza was covered in meat, I have to wonder what exactly the miscommunication was.
We’ve wasted our money on pizzas at this place too many times. I’m sorry but this is the last time.
