First time at this location it was okay, my fiance walked in and ask a girl with blue braids where the line started she walked right by and didn’t say anything, maybe she didn’t hear him I don’t know, we then proceeded to figure out how to get to the line, once we got in line some of the ladies that was serving the food was rude. Once we got our food we went to table to eat the food was cold. We expressed our concern to the server Ms.Lois and she took care of it. We truly thank you for great service.

I’ve been coming to this Piccadilly spot in greenbriar mall since I was about 5 years old. They’ve always had the best soul food and Buffet styled meals that I’ve always enjoyed. My favorites to order when Id go here are the mac and cheese, the cheese rice, some jalapeno cornbread, and a dessert of some sort which was usually a slice of strawberry cheesecake. It always made the perfect dinner for me. And their big dining area is very cleanly and beautifully put together too. No complaints, great platters, great service, great restaurant.

I stopped at The Greenbrier location to get my older church member lunch before taking her home. A very argumentative & rude lady was 3 people in front of me giving the line staff a hard time about a entree she wanted prepared a certain way…give me a darn break, it you are that specific about your food, cook it at home. The line was held up by her shanigans, the cashier, a young person was acting like she owned the plastic to go ware, when I asked for two packets to accompany my two meals, which are highly over priced. I hadn’t been in a Piccadilly in years. At the same time, this is where my older friend wanted to eat & treat me. My lower back & legs were hurting & I thought I could just run in & out with our meals. Trust, I will cook at home.

The steam table looked very appealing. The options were well stocked? The food smelled good. The line moved smoothly. My food was served hot. The dining room was quiet and clean. My meal was delicious. I enjoyed my dining experience.

My son brought me Piccadilly for dinner. Veggie Plate. Mac&Cheese Mashed Potatoes Carrot Soufflé and Turnip Greens. So disappointing. Turnips were salty with too many stems, Mac&Cheese was dry, Mashed potatoes with decent and Carrot Soufflé was dry lumpy and like it was not fresh. Greenbriar location standards have been lowered. I m done.

DELICIOUS as I remembered it at Greenbriar Mall from many years past. A group of retired seniors, mostly educators spent an afternoon dining together for the 1st time since Covid. The restaurant and restaurant were clean, the food bar had so many desirable choices. Everyone raved about her choices of food.

My parents texted me to get them Piccadillys on Friday, had to wait a while for the fish to cook because that’s what my Father wanted , but it was worth the wait , I bought 3 plates all with different items and the food was absolutely delicious !!!! Everything was on point , keep up the standard of excellence that you guys perform !!! I signed up for your points program because I will definitely be coming back eventhough I stay in Lithia Springs !!!!
