We just had a wonderful dinner here. The ambience is lovely and the service is great., Daphne was our server and she was attentive and helpful with suggestions. They were great at accommodating my gluten sensitivity.

My wife had the crab cake appetizer, which she loved and it appeared to be all crab meat, no fillers. She then had the spaghetti with lobster and I had the Grouper, both of which were fantastic. The limoncello cake made for a nice finish.

delicious. Others ordered Rigatoni and Risktto which was excellent as well. Definitely a must visit and checks all boxes for The Amore Life

Came here for dinner to celebrate a friend’s birthday while staying at The Cove. Overall, food was good. Restaurant was nice.

Food wise, we enjoyed the Linguine (squid ink pasta with mixed seafood), Risotto (with Maine lobster, shrimp, and calamari), Tagliata (strip steak), and Pesce Spada (grilled swordfish). For dessert, we tried the Torta (chocolate cake)—birthday boy got a happy birthday ice cream with chocolate dessert to celebrate.

This establishment offers exceptional food and a delightful atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Our waiter, Shane, possessed a wonderful sense of humor. He was prompt, professional, and provided excellent food recommendations. We requested an outdoor table and were thoroughly pleased with our decision, as it was quite comfortable outside. The indoor temperature was a bit cool. I highly suggest trying the black ink linguine.

This food was absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and truly understand the meaning of bottomless drinks. Randol is amazing, such a fun waiter and made the experience even more memorable. We went to Paranza for dinner and brunch and enjoyed both experiences. 100 percent a recommendation for whether you are a guest of Atlantis, staying at another resort, or a cruise guest

We visited Paranza during our family vacation from Canada to the Bahamas, and it was one of the best dining experiences of our entire trip. The pasta, salmon, and steak were all cooked to perfection — incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. The desserts were elaborate, refined, and absolutely delicious.

The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. As a family, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of.

Highly recommend Paranza to anyone visiting Atlantis. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely return!

Gladston was the highlight of the evening, and that’s no small feat given that all of the food was delicious! We eat at a lot of Italian restaurants and Paranza was up there with the best of them. We ordered the Capesante, Frittura di Paranza, Linguine, Risotto, and Rigatoni. If I had to pick a favorite, the Risotto and Linguine were a perfect al dente, but hard to choose between the two. Definitely worth a visit during any Bahamas trip, we hope to be back soon!

We were a party of 6 that came to eat at Paranza on 2/17/2025. The appetizers and drinks came and they were fine. However, after the appetizers were done, it took almost an hour to get our pastas and steaks. We had to ask the waiter where the rest of our meal was, as we sat there munching on bread and water. A table next to us arrived after us and finished their entire meal and left before we even got our mains. Once we got our food, the steak I received was well done, when I had asked for medium. They took the steak back, and 5 minutes later brought out a medium steak that was COLD. In essence we gave up and ate the cold steak, but asked to speak to the manager to complain. He proceeded to comp us our alcoholic beverages but still charged us for water ($10 a bottle, 6 bottles total), which we had to drink because we spent so much time waiting for our food. To add insult to injury, we were forced to pay 15% gratuity when I didn’t want to. I had higher expectations for this fine dining restaurant but was let down by the food quality and service. I would recommend not going here and eating somewhere else if possible. The food quality was so poor, especially given they are charging $88 for a cold steak.

Our server Shane was fantastic!! Very nice atmosphere and wonderful staff. The linguini was very delicious. The octopus was very tender and the swordfish was fresh with some tasty vegetables. Definitely would come back.
