Chef Andy did a magnificent job with our dishes—each plate was cooked to absolute perfection, and the flavors were balanced, fresh, and truly memorable. The presentation was stunning as well; you can tell there’s a lot of pride and creativity behind every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
Lukas, our server, was top-notch from start to finish. He welcomed us the moment we walked through the door with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Throughout the meal he was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right times and offering helpful suggestions that made our experience even better.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is charming and cozy, with that small-place feel where you’re treated like a valued guest rather than just another table. It’s clear that customer care is a priority here, and it shows in every detail—from the staff’s friendliness to the thoughtful touches in the dining space.
Overall, we were incredibly impressed. From the service to the food to the ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning and look forward to enjoying another wonderful meal!

Great vibe with chef Andy’s open kitchen. The food was fantastic and the entire staff were incredibly personable. I had the Shrimp Alicante and there were plenty of shrimp and spicy sausage. It was a very well made dish! The Moscow mules were made well. I was there early for dinner with no wait.

Hidden in plain view on Webster is Picasso Moon. Let’s keep it short and sweet:
– You can park in front (up top, I suppose) but you’ll have more parking availability behind the building.
– The drinks from the bar were exactly what we needed (such as the Café de la Luna – pictured)
– The atmosphere is intimate and every seat makes your feel like you’re eating at a chef’s table
– The food was delicious and Chef Andy has the ability to accommodate gluten-free dishes (such as the halibut – pictured). Recommend calling earlier in the week and letting him know when making reservations!
Definitely look forward to frequenting here again!

Have dinner in my basement….. This place has a cool vibe. It’s an old house with the basement converted into a restaurant. Open kitchen, full bar. Feels like a secret. Food and service were excellent!

I really enjoyed the intimate setting this restraunt offers and the tableside interaction with Chef Andy. The service was incredible and our entrées were very flavorful. I look forward to revisiting Picasso Moon the next time I am in Green Bay.

Fine dining hidden in the Astor Park historic neighborhood. The service was great and the food was even better. Chef Andy stopped at the table for a minute to chat. He explained the limited menu is to focus on quality and what is available fresh that week. Highly recommend and will be returning!

Unbelievable atmosphere, incredible food. We started with a Bruschetta appetizer which was probably the best I have ever had in my life. For Entrees I got Chef Andy’s signature Filet Mignon and an Old Fashion which was delicious, and I am very picky with my steaks. My Wife got the Wicked Shrimp pasta which she loved and was a generous portion. We will be coming back again very soon!

Another fantastic meal at Picasso Moon. Had the filet mignon with the Cabernet Demi glacé and carmelized onions. Was melt in your mouth perfection. Great atmosphere and friendly staff make this a memorable and personal experience! Kelly was our waitress and once again made us feel like family and was very attentive to our requests. A lovely person! A favorite go to restaurant for that special evening.

Really great experience and top notch food. The staff was very friendly and genuine, and our cocktails were sublime. Service and dinner was incredible, and we’ll definitely be back. It feels very quirky and intimate inside, only 20ish seats in the house and Chef Andy keeps in touch with you throughout the meal. We enjoyed dinner here with friends and can’t wait to come back!

I wish I could rate it higher! Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and even better service! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the real star of the night was our waitress Kelly. She was warm, upbeat, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend—and if you get Kelly, you’re in great hands!
