The service is quick and we were given the check as soon as the last slice was picked up from the plate so definitely not a spend more time kinda place.
By 10:50 PM, I watched the supervisor turn away at least 10 people even though the restaurant was about 75% full with open tables. When I reached the front, she stopped me and said they were no longer seating guests because it was a “union job,” and only offered food to go.
After a long day and preparing to fly, I specifically chose this spot to sit and eat. Instead, I had to eat pizza out of a box in the terminal while empty tables sat inside. Being refused seating well before the posted closing time was frustrating and disappointing. If seating ends earlier than the posted hours, that should be clearly communicated so travelers can plan accordingly.
In picture is the same woman who wouldn’t seat me… turning down 5–6 others a few minutes after .
Came in with low expectations (it is an airport restaurant after all), and honestly, it delivered… slightly above rock bottom.
The pizza? Surprisingly decent. 4/5. Crispy enough crust and a good cheese-to-sauce ratio. I’d eat it again if I missed my flight and was stuck here for another 6 hours.
Now the salmon… yikes. 2/5. Overcooked like it owed someone money. Served with what I can only assume were canned vegetables from the Cold War era. If you’re craving fish, just walk by the sushi kiosk and breathe in—that’ll be more satisfying.
Chicken parm was a solid “meh.” 3/5. The chicken itself was okay, but the sauce tasted like it came straight from a discount jug labeled “Italian-ish.” And the pasta? The kind that gives Olive Garden nightmares.
Yes, it’s overpriced. But again, it’s an airport. You could probably buy a used car for what I paid for a glass of water and a side salad.
I saw this place had a 2.5-star rating and I think that’s a little harsh. It’s not great, but it’s not “run away screaming” bad either. Call it a generous 3-star spot for weary travelers with dead tastebuds and dying phone batteries.
If you come, stick with the pizza. Or better yet, bring snacks.
We ordered a Margherita pizza to split, hoping it was easy enough to make and would taste fairly good. We were wrong. It didn’t taste good. More like it was 3 days old. The salad was just average. The prices were high, as was the tip that was automatic.
It was packed with travelers in there, and the service was slow. The server was swamped. We had to leave and didn’t finish the pizza. Our bill was $89.31 for two people. We won’t be returning anyway.
