My first time visiting. The restaurant was not busy and it was clean. I ordered the basil pesto pasta and added hot fried chicken. I also added corn salad for an $1.49. The service was fast, it resembles Chipotle. The meal was .

Chef Gaudy and Chef Norman were absolutely amazing. It was my family’s first time at piada and they made it fun and easy. Atmosphere is nice and cozy and menu has wide selections of items.

This was the best salad I’ve ever had, hands down! Service was excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and it has a nice ambiance. I highly recommend the Chop Chicken Salad with the Balsamic Vinaigrette, and the Diavolo pasta. You will not be disappointed!

For this to be a valentines meal, they shorted us on sauce. We even ordered extra meat…the experience did not make me happy. I will think twice before making this a choice. And the first couple times they did good. Hopefully they were rushed which is still not acceptable.

Decided to try out this new place near Katy. The food all looked super fresh, the set up is a lot like Chipotle where you can order a plate or wrap and add more items. I ordered the BLT as is and it was delicious. The flavor of the wrap was good and it was a good size. Al was super friendly and offered a sample of a spinach pocket which was amazing.

I’ve known about Piada Italian Street Food for a while but only recently got the chance to stop in and I’m so glad I did!
I ordered the Lemon Kale Cesar Salad with grilled chicken to go, and WoW it completely exceeded my expectations! The flavor was just as bright and fresh as the description promised. I asked for the dressing on the side (just in case), but it turned out to be a total win zesty, delicious, and honestly so good I’ve been dreaming of going back just to have it again.
I also tried the Spicy Sausage Piada Pocket, which had good flavor but left me wanting a little more. It would’ve really benefited from a warm marinara dipping sauce and a fresh out of the oven cheese pull. I ended up dipping it in my salad dressing, which worked, but didn’t hit the same. I could take or leave the pocket, but now I’m curious to try the other varieties.
Overall, a great first impression and a new salad obsession unlocked.

I was visiting my daughter in Katy, Tx and she brought me a salad and wrap from Piada. It was the best, fresh nutritious meal I had ever tasted. I told the next day that since I was going back to Illinois I needed to eat there one more time and take some food with me. Well, she took me along with my other daughter and granddaughter. I tried a pasta dish that I saw a customer eating. I excused myself and ask him the name and he told me Cabanara, I believe that’s the spelling. I also ordered the same salad I had previously. It was soooo good! I also appreciated Chef Norman who was a professional Chef and a real people person! He took the time to talk with us and answered our questions without rushing us. He worked professionally preparing our food with ease. Now that’s a real Chef! Out of all the restaurants that I have visited during my visit, Piada tops them all for freshness, nutrition and delicious tasty, well seasoned dishes! I wish she had told me about it earlier because I would have eaten different meals every day! My hat off to Chef Norman and his wonderful clean staff! The restaurant is so very clean also! I will return to this location when I visit again! Thank you Chef Norman for a wonderful meal and a clean, comfortable place to dine in!

I had such a great experience at Piada today thanks to Ivan! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel really welcome. I wasn’t totally sure what to order, but he took the time to explain the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and made everything super easy. His customer service was outstanding — patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The food came out fresh and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell Ivan cares about doing his job well and making sure customers leave happy. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality, but he did exactly that.
Piada is lucky to have him — I’ll definitely be returning because of the great service he provided.
