My girlfriend has celiac disease, so we ordered a custom made cake with very specific instructions, and the staff confirmed to us that they would definitely make it that way, to ensure there was no gluten.
After we picked up and purchased the cake, which was not cheap at all, we found out later at the birthday party that the cake was made completely wrong and, consequently, contained gluten. She could have been poisoned if she hadn’t noticed, and she ended up not being able to eat any of the cake we paid for.

Wow. That was just great. So surprised at the excellent quality of the food from this location. Everything was wonderful! We got the 6 pc Chicken finger baskets and fries, original cheeseburger signature stack burgers and Oreo blizzards. So happy. Thank you and your staff for a job well done!!!

The last time my family was in there my wife was served uncooked very pink chicken. The restaurant was extremely unclean it looks like the floors under the tables and along the walls have never been washed.
We went there again today and the food was cooked but the restaurant was again extremely unclean. Who would want to eat a meal in a place like that? Anyways their lack of cleanliness wasn’t a one-off so im writing this review.

Good prices but super slow and bad service. Only one person in there ordering a meal (vs just ice cream) ahead of me and then a long wait with no food coming out of the kitchen. When I got my meal it was the wrong sandwich so I had another long wait, so I ate my fries while waiting at the counter for my sandwich. Watched the same lady mess up a young couples order as well, so their meals also had to be remade. I ordered my meal at 6:25 pm and got my correct sandwich at 6:43 pm. The chicken sandwich was ok but Wendy’s is better. The soda machine is strange, makes weird noises and the 7 Up was terrible so I had to dump it and get Pepsi instead.

Was initially ignored when we pulled up yo the window while staff was chatting. Then we were handed very soft desserts with a couple drops dripping from blizzard when turned upside down. Got home 5 minutes from receiving order and pbp dessert was completely liquefied. I had to clean it up off the floor as soon as I took the lid off as it just poured out of the container. Had to throw it out, I couldn’t even eat it as there was nothing solid or “soft serve” left.

They had some kid running around the kitchen the cook handled the kid and didint change gloves and they had two random in normal clothes walking around handling food

I asked for a pecan parfait, and until last month, the staff knew what I wanted, but I didn’t get the same treatment. I never had to explain or tell them the ingredients, and I got pecans and chocolate. After a while, they put caramel on top, and it all melting. All I heard was I am the supervisor. It upset me, and I hope you like that I paid for it but left it at the counter. I’m never coming here again.
